To be honest I have never coated any of the parts I have done. The finish holds for a long long time if they are kept clean and dry. I will experiment with a ‘c’ series cerakote clear in the near future and try a long term out in the weather comparison. I have many customers that over the years keep coming back with new stuff to be done and none of them apply extra coatings. Thanks for the kind words and thankyou for watching. Cheers Craig
