So I had this really odd problem with scrambling the eggs. First time around the butter was too warm and scrambled the eggs. So I made a new batch and waited for the butter to cool down even more. I had one of my family member test the coolness and they said it should be cool enough. It still scrambled. So. We thought the eggs are too cold so we put them in some warm water then i poured some of the milked into the butter to cool it all the way down. Somehow it still managed to scramble. Ive done crepes before and it worked perfectly fine.. but for some reason it kept happening 🤔 Could it be too cold of weather? Was the kitchen too warm? Im not sure what I did this time around. Eventually I just strained it and it came out fine.
Akatsuki C. I’ve also had this problem before. I’m not sure if you found a solution but for me, it helped adding the butter very little at a time while whisking very quickly (tempering), if you’re not familiar with the technique. If you are and it still isn’t working out for you, sorry to hear it and hope you find a solution soon!!
@@Nico-iu7gk oh yeah each time I tried to temper the eggs and it still didnt work weirdly. 😂 I mean I never had a problem before when I made it. I think it was just bad luck haha.
NEVER leave the eggs and sugar without mixing; could be this; easy to overlook, not to mention seldom taught:( and all ingresients should be at room temp, not too warm, not too cold, just like porridge-grin HNY
