I really hope this event would be known by car enthusiasts from all over the world and become a world-scaled event.
It's already way too big in my opinion. It's also very well known overseas, considering we've had more international entrants pre-covid.
@@R3IMU weird take
Motorsports is dying as a whole, unfortunately. You have to enjoy it while it lasts
@@chipattack912 motorsport will never truly be dead as long as car enthusiasts remain
It’s been known round the world for decades. This has always been the top track of comparison for JDM cars. Time attack is just a smaller niche of the Motorsport world.
It's cool to see these events, and the English subtitles are really appreciated , and very detailed, and it's fun to see car culture in other countries!
While we do get some of the typical JDM attending for similar events here in Norway too, we get more European stuff, though I'm not aware of any official time attack event in Norway, there are race leagues that use similarly built cars, and we see a lot of BMW, Audi, VW, and Volvo used, along European Fords, like Escorts, Sierra, and even in one case a very widebody Ford Anglia, like the one in the Harry Potter movies. :P
But back on topic, thanks for the great videos from the events, it's fun to watch.
And I just have to add, I love how there's a time attack AZ1, it's a car I'd love to get over to Norway, but I have no idea if I can even fit inside one as a 6'0"(183cm) Scandinavian. :P
Thanks for watching! Hope you get one some day!
Fastest I've ever clicked on a notification for a video! Been waiting/hoping you'd have a video for this years event. Can't wait to watch the coverage!

Cool to see Quarter Mile still building cars and racing even after the death of drag in Japan. Amazing coverage as always! Thankyou

@@ShuBoxInc When I open it the site just looks like a mess no pictures or anything?
Awesome 👍
To all the drivers pulling sub 59 seconds on street tires is phenomenal 🔥💪🏽😎
Any info on the it28 na roadster miata?
damn. a four door civic hit 1:01;.....i love how insane that is.
With all the love and respect i have for this legendary circuit, their concrete fencing on the pit straight gotta be heightened to protect the people in pit in case any drivers lost control on the straight or at the last turn tho
Thanks for watching!
It was cool to see some more European cars enter, those porches might be able to challenge the 55s cars some day. That Jimny class is so awesome to see go around the track, what a great addition. Thanks for the coverage!
are there different categories ? like NA or Boosted ?
so sick
any idea why Arvou s2k was not competitive in WTAC, cause Tsukuba times are impressive 👍
It wasn’t?
Not too sure as I don’t follow WTAC but it has been setup for Tsukuba, a 2km track.
I’m sure it’ll go faster the next time it makes down under with all the data collected this year.
@@ShuBoxInc saddly it was not as I expected from car like that, and also results show that too, maybe they should gave it for a lap or two to someone experienced with that track or get help explaining the track, Rob Nguyen could be good person to help with that - Mighty Mouse CRX and a very goor driver...
Love that MR-S!!
Thanks for watching!
Where can I find some SL time attacks with Subarus?
Unfortunately, I have yet to see one take part in a SL.
Hope to see one soon though.
a G86 is practically a Subaru. As far as WRX/STI go, maybe they are harder to make fast and efforts are better spent on other platforms (see GR86)
Sick vehicles
gotta love japan. they'll race any car. the yaris is a new one for me.
Great event and i love a car
Thanks for watching!
TON!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
werid, I don't see a Toyota Crown. I thought it/they were the best...I really question the extra wide fr splinters. most don't appear to have a angle of attack past the bumper edge, like canards, so what good is it actually doing? 🤔
ok the jimnys caught me off guard
You're definitely alone. It was awesome seeing them out on track.
Thanks for watching!
@@ShuBoxInc it was fun watching them going around the track. Wish i could've been there to witness it irl.
solid axles and all....

these car not race cars! these are powerful farming machines :O
テンプルすげーな
I'm Italian and I would come to Japan just for cars, but I'm underage so I still have to wait a couple of years
I want that Az - 1 sooooooo fucking BAD!!!!!!
Very cool car indeed. Thanks for watching!
🤯
29:45 - JIMNYS FOR THE WIN...!!! 😎
I wish I could be a racing driver
Im sorry but with modern GPS and computers.....you could make your car do a exact time you tell it! Just hold the button down a d the the computer allow power or take away power to gain or waste time....
