It's never too late to start playing Diablo... Hands down one of the best games ever made! If you're a casual gamer, you'll find the PvM content very relaxing. ..
If you're more of a hardcore player, and you're after that "adrenaline rush", you'll love the PvP content.
The game is super easy to learn, once you start playing you'll pick up fast... And plus there are tones of guides out there.

D4 will NEVER reach D2. There can only be one King and the whole Runeword System just underlines the grandiosity of Diablo II

Did you consider Hand of Blessed light for weapon? It gives +6 to holy bolt and +4 to FoH

Hot take, +3 bolts +3 FoH scepter, make a cta in it, +4 main dmg dealers instead of hoto which is +3

75 vs 125 fcr, big difference in speed?

yeah man you can definitly feel it and I think once you have tried 125 there is no going back.

Given the fact that I only use FOH, FCR isn't needed...
The only reason I have 75 FCR is to teleport around the map...
There is a slight difference between 75 and 125 when teleporting but not enough to hinder your gameplay...
On the other hand if you're playing sometthing like a hammerdin, 125 FCR will enhance you're gameplay.

It's not as noticeable on this build vs say hammers because FOH is subject to a cast delay that is unaffected by FCR.
