    These USA girls are like flowers most of them are the most decorated. Trust me I am inspired by Allyson & Sanya, I am so proud of Didi and Mary are great too. Great job ladies.

    Allyson Felix is so graceful, she runs like a gazelle. Handed the baton 5th and just blazed the trail. Gosh the entire sport of tracks n field is gonna miss her so much 😭😭😭

    USA is the reason we watch IAAF 400m, 4x400, and sprints. Without them iaaf games would be boring. They are naturals, beautiful, calm humble, have style and just good to watch. Every country watches and is motivated by the US.
    We will miss: Dee Dee Trotter, Sanya Richards, McCorry, Felix...great 4x400 US team...

    It was brilliant to put Allyson Felix on the 2nd leg so that she could get past the pack and make a smooth hand-off to the 3rd runner - that's the toughest exchange in running - out of lanes and a pack of runners.

    Yep Sania Richards ran that last leg perfectly. Easy when you're in front to panic and really go hard at the start to maintain your lead but Sania kept a good pace and almost got caught in the 3rd 100 only to really pull away in the last 100m. You see so many leaders get overtaken in the last 100m because they go too hard in the first 300

    Lawd have mercy young Allison Felix😍 Almost forgot how gorgeous Deedee Trotter was too...Never ceases to amaze me just how outrageously attractive track girls are, pretty much every one of them on that track, smh. Allison really should have gone on to run low 48s at least a few time, it surprised me she never could get down there in the 400 individual.

    That race was ALL Allison Felix , man she runs like a freaking gazelle , such a elegant deceptive stride, looks like shes not moving that fast and BAM passes the lead runner like she,s standing still. GOAT.

    Those 4 ladies are superb- beauty , but Allyson Felix was aoutstanding. Awesome performance, 48.2sec and 47.9sec 2012 Olympic , what a beast, she is the G.O.A.T. and humble girl, she is a beauty.

      I agree. But is a pity she didn't win individual gold in the 400m. Miller Aibu is good but she doesn't deserve two 400m Olympics golds. That 2016 dive belongs to Felix

    In a World Championship or or Olympic final, Felix may have received the baton with a deficit, but she NEVER handed off with a deficit.

    Ahh, the glory years. As of 2019, Felix is the only one still racing. 2020 will be her final Olympics, then its off to retirement.

      I'm not okay with Allyson retiring without winning a 400m gold medal. She should have run the race in London and was so unlucky in Rio, with the dive of Miller pipping her. Go Allyson

    The entire USA team ran great!! All ran great legs! Dee Dee Trotter closed the gap…Allyson Felix got the lead….Mary Weinberg ran beautifully and maintained the lead…and I witnessed Sanya Richards Ross shift gears and accelerate off the last turn…WOW👏🏾👏🏾

      Only bobble was that 2015 Worlds where she tightened up on the finishing leg, everyone knew Allison should have ran the anchor.

      Daniella she didn’t run anchor in 2015, she ran first leg, Francina McCorory ran last leg. Sanya messes up the first leg a little bit and francina messed up the last leg and lost the lead.
