Face painting flowers easily comes with some practice. Once you learn the basic petals and ways that you can form beautiful looking flowers and flora using the correct brushes you will be on the right track in perfecting your face painted flowers.
One of the important things is to use the right brushes. Once you get your hands on some flower petal brushes or flora brushes you will realise how easy it will become to face paint gorgeous flowers effortlessly.
In this face painting class I show you how to face paint round petal flowers, pointy petals, carnations, roses, frangipanis and tulips. I will explain and show you how to place your flora and petal brushes in order to get perfect looking flowers every time.

I don't think so. I believe that the palette is oil based cream and not water activated face paint. I have both but much prefer water based,as long as they are of good quality. Kraze FX 12 pan sets can get you professional quality at an entry level price. I'm starting with Kraze FX and buying TAG black and white. Hope this helps!

Hello thank you so much for the video. I have no art background, no painting background but I'm interested in face paint, specifically with flowers. Would it be a good idea for me to start learning face painting or should I start with a different form of painting first? I'm only really interested in face paint and I'm totally new to this

What is the brush you used for the leave petals?

When you do double dip flowers and have to reload, do you rinse off your brush and reload or do you go into the white without rinsing?
sarah khwaja Hi Sarah, yes when double dipping I normally rinse it all off and start again. Hope this helps xx
Face Painters, usually there is still a lot of white paint left on the brush that you can just reload the color on the tip and keep going. No sense in wasting all of the white that is still on the brush. Just make sure the color has enough water to make it easier to reload the tip.

Hello! Can you make some videos without using split cakes! I only have solid cake paints!
You can also make your own split cakes.. I find it easier faster less to carry by having the split cakes

Hi, just love watching your videos. Would just like to comment on the name of the split cakes though. I think that the split cakes which have city names are from Global and not TAG. Just thought that I would mention it so you can get some endorsements...if you use the right brand name, of course...

The brushes are named on the video 😊 i mainly use half inch flat brushes and petal brushes for flowers. Lowell Cornell is my fave brand ✨ hope this helps
