Coastal trek from Barbate to Los Caños de Meca and Conil de la Frontera

  • * This video has subtitles providing extra information * The 100 metres high coastal cliffs of Barbate are some of the most impressive ones in Spain. We walked along a little known path following the spectacular cliffs to Los Caños de Meca and Cape Trafalgar. We then continued via the beach to El Palmar de Vejer and Conil de la Frontera.     Are those cliffs easily accessible?

      Yes and no. There is a wide sandy trail following the coast a bit inland which is easy to follow and leads to some viewing points. In this video we followed a narrow path following the tops of the cliffs, which was quite spectacular but one has to be careful not to fall.
