Same thing happened to me; turned out my bf’s ex slept with his best friend in exchange for him telling my bf that to break us up. His best friend did want to sleep with me but I DID NOT WITH HIM. We were all just kids at the time. I was a virgin so truly sad because it did break us up.
I had something similar but it was a mutual friend, she told me her friend saw my bf cheating. Then she told him that he's better off without me and started trying to be besties with him and told everyone he has a huge crush on her. He doesn't, we all agree she's attractive physically but too rude and entitled for anyone to have a crush on her after knowing her for as long we knew her.

When I was a teenager my BF was going to a different school. He literally found a girl so like me she even had my initials and voice. We didn’t know about each other until I found out. After meeting her we became best friends and are still in touch 40 years later 🤣 we have no idea what happened to him past the year we met. We did mess with him at first because he didn’t know we knew about each other so we would both be on the phone to him both talking at different times and he didn’t even figure it out. 🤦🏼♀️

I was almost a Sugar Baby. When I was 25, I dated a man that was 50. I met him at the gym, he was fine and young looking. I figured he was older, but I didn’t realize he was that much older. We had fun and I really liked him. He was rich and spoiled me, but he got mad when I bought him things and he realized I was richer than him. 🤷🏽♀️

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to bust guys out in the past for claiming to have slept with me to “look cool” in front of their buddies while I was bartending.. it’s incredibly frustrating having people claim they’ve slept with you when they haven’t… I’ve never even had a one night stand (no offense to those who have..) And I’ve only been with not even a handful of people in the past 20+ years lol because I was with my ex for 7 years and my now husband for over 15.. so… yea.. lol

Same. A married, much older coworker was telling people at our (very messy) company that I was “one of his girls”. We work as medics at the same ambulance company, so literally everyone knows everyone else. I was only 18 years old at the time, and at 37, I am STILL correcting people who thought it was true. I’ve been judged and called some really nasty things over the years because of his little “brag”. It’s pretty messed up
The last two guys I dated told me they were feminists for years.... They acted like it until I found out they were cheating on me and then they shit on feminism because I was holding them accountable and leaving them instead of forgiving the cheating and disrespect 🤦

The pettiest thing I've ever done was when I finally distanced myself from a very unhealthy friendship. This guy walked away with almost £3k of my own money and was an all-around manipulative dude.
So for the first 6 months every time I went somewhere with public wifi I signed up using his email checking the "id like to receive offers" box. I know its only something small but its annoying and that was good enough for me.
One time my brother and I explained to my nana that she has to stop calling our papa(grandfather) daddy in front of us and she said "he can't be my sugar daddy because he's broke." And we were like "NANA"

I used to have a crush on my bully, He used to bully me for being weird ( i am still weird), but when he found out i liked him (and i hit puberty before all the other girls) he started being civil towards me. He flashed me once with his beautiful abs to get a rise out of me and it is my favourite memory of him. He's ugly now so it is ok.

I was married for 25 years ( prior to the internet dating and social media) fast forward to now. Dating is impossible, everyone I meet acts kind and interested but then shows they just want a hook up and dirty pictures. They get mad that I won’t send them. What the heck has happened to people. I finally have come to terms with being alone forever.
It’s funny, I think I just learned where the term “sugar daddy” came from.
It’s a long story so cut to the end for the simple shit.

He was 24 yrs older than Alma, and they courted for 5 yrs before he decided, hmmmm, I’m gonna put a ring on it. And they had 3 kids and lived happily ever after, spending money on museums and art and shit until Adolph died of syphilis.
P.S. Alma is considered the Great Grandmother of San Francisco, she’s kinda a badass.
Anyhoo, nude model/art student Alma referred to Adolph as her “sugar daddy” bc he was super wealthy from the sugar cane industry.

I had a friend who asked me to lie for her to cover her cheating. Ok. Then her husband calls me and ask me if she cheating and I trot out agreed upon lie, and then friend jumps on the phone and cursed me out for lying, blamed me for enabling her cheating, and told me I need Jesus. Apparently she felt guilty and confessed and he didn’t believe her. 🤨

Can’t lie, for the longest time I had a small crush on my grade school bully. Neat thing, years after we ran into each other in a bar as adults. When I told him who I was, he gave me a hug, apologised for being my bully & bought me a shot. We are still friends on Facebook to this day.

This is similar to a situation of mine. I started at a small catholic school in5th grade where the graduating class is 18 and the students are with the same kids each year, so they all grew up with each other. No one liked me and I was left out of everything/bullied. I had a crush on this one kid cause I couldn’t help it. Fast forward to when I was like 22 ish? I was at a wedding and he showed up and apologised for bullying me and for everyone being mean and he now works with children. It was wholesome and unexpected.
I'm just mad because I didn't think to take on a Sugar Daddy while I was in college 🤦🏻♀️

I actually had a crush on a bully, he was always horrible to me but I thought he was just being playful not truthful… partly this was my dads fault for teaching me at a young age that a boy treating you badly means he likes you. And also my family having never treated me like I was worth the food they deigned to give me. Now I see how stupid it was.
My family told me the same thing! If a boy teases you it means he likes you. It may have been true in some circumstances. But certainly not all, I know that for a fact!
Its a common trope, especially in media, often in same sex relationships, that the bully and their victim end up together or dating at some point.
My old housemate who was completely crazy knew her fiancee who also lived there was cheating on her and would hit on me constantly but I kept telling him to fuck off because he's creepy and in a relationship.
I took screenshots of everything and saved them for when I moved out gave them to a mural friend who was the only person she would listen to and told her to show her once I was out she did and all she did was yell and kick him out of the house for 2 days after he admitted to sleeping with his ex girlfriend a few months prior. They got married because she's desperate and he's too spineless to leave her because she's also abusive.
He still cheats and she pretends not to know he has 4 seperate Tinder accounts and still sleeps with his ex, but she refuses to acknowledge it because it would mean she's not perfect (she isn't at all not even a little)
They're both horrible to be honest and deserve each other she was horrible to me when I lived with them and would constantly rip me off so I don't feel bad that she saw all the screenshots after he deleted his copies to try and hide it all.

I was once set up by my brother's ex with one of her friends. So I exchanged a couple of words with her online and she suggested a kind of "double date" with one of her friend and some other guy the friend would "date" with, it was not much, just hanging out at a park or something.
I went there and had fun, but that other dude bailed pretty quickly, so I pretty much spent the evening with both of them and I just connected more with the other girl. She was the fun one and the girl I was technically on a date with was just... like the boring one. That was a Friday, I decided to see the girl "I was assigned" alone to see how it would go on the Sunday, we just hanged out, hanged around and she would pop a cigarette every 30 min, was very boring and just... I don't know, there was nothing. She was good enough looking, so it's not just me being superficial, so on the Tuesday, I told her online that it would not work, I did not make it last longer than it should and I did not ghost her.
That being said, I tried out with the other one, the one I was actually interested with, we kind of hanged out together for a couple months, I was a young pathetic loser who didn't know how to get things going, so she was into me, I was into her, and I just wouldnt do the move (I mean we slept, like actual sleeping, together in my bed, with her in my arms and I was still not doing a move haha), so at some point she faded away and nothing happened between us. That being said, about 2 years later, I'm less of dork, had some relationships in between, the second girl invite me and my friends to some party she was doing and I happen to bounce into the first girl. And she made it appear like I played her, made her waste her time, made her think like I was interested when I wasnt, that I basically wronged her. We went out twice, both were boring, I ended it 2 days later, all that in less than a week... I'm sorry, but I wont force things just because someone matched us, I met them both the same night, I liked the other one better, I don't know why I should feel guilty about that.

He didn’t just lash out; He saw what was happening and had plenty of time to “calm down” and still decide that these people that were using a place of worship for financial exploitation needed to be dealt with!

It was a House of Adoration. In that small space, which could be entered only 1 time a year...only by the elected High Priest. Anything beyond that was a death sentence - NOT brought about by human action. It was an actual Thing and happened more than once, how few fools. Yet, His own priests had begun to allow money changers to set up shop there...and cheat the people blind. That ain't "petty"... it's Justice. 😅

The crazy part about bullies is that they usually have a crush on the person they’re bullying but they lack any emotional ability to express that in any way other than being a bully, and they’re often mean in public but will occasionally confuse the shit of the person by being nice in secret and making some excuse for why they act they way they do when other people are around.
I was married to one for 15 years, just didn't know he was a bully until later. If a person has a crush on someone who has been cruel to them, they don't need Jesus, they need therapy to help their self-esteem issues.

I think they act mean in like a defensive way. Idk how to explain, they are too nervous to act nice because they like the person and too nervous to even talk to the person in a normal way because they don’t want to make it look like they’re awkward and have a crush on that person I guess they’re bullying. I have had The Misfortune of going through that several times of having to tell friends that their boyfriends or husbands were cheating or freaking doing some shady crap that they didn't know about when I was in my early twenties my then best friends husband hit on me really frequently and actually even made comments to her about me and how hot he thought I was he also was physically abusive to her and every time I would say something about the situation or comments he had made or things he had done she would stop talking to me and tell me that I was trying to ruin her marriage this has actually happened with several friends where I caught the guys cheating or other things or they even would hit on me and every time I tell them I'm somehow the bad guy not their nasty boyfriend or husband

I usually say something along the lines of "I'm telling you this cuz I'd want you to tell me but it's up to you what you do with it, no judgment. " I think people worry you'll start telling everyone and they might want to stay. Part of them usually knows already or has an idea.

In high school I had a girl beat me up because her boyfriend saidwe boned. I was untouched at the time. Flash forward a year and I was no longer a v and she had a new boyfriend, who happened to be my ex... for YEARS, I hooked up with him. Everyone knew that he was in love with me and she had to be nice to me because I was polyamourus and dating 2 of her friends. Revenge tastes sweet.
According to the bible Jesus may have indeed been petty. According to the good book Jesus was hungry and saw a fig tree and got mad when the tree did not have any fruit for him despite being out of season so he cursed the tree so it would never bear fruit again.

Guys, we gotta be clear, here. Just because you are attracted to women, does not mean you are a "feminist," an "egalitarian," or whatever else you want to call it. This should be obvious, but some of y'all are oblivious.
You show women that you respect them by, like... Actually respecting them and their time. Helping to finish errands, cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids; whatever. Especially if you're both working (regardless of who makes more - IT DOESN'T MATTER), you should both be sharing housework, childcare, etc.
If she gets off work and starts cooking and cleaning, whereas you get home and start playing video games, you're showing her that you respect her time less than your own. And, women: quit taking that BS; YOU DESERVE BETTER. Expect more from your partners. Some of y'all end up birthing 2 kids, but taking care of 3, and that's ridiculous. Don't put up with it. You're also devaluing YOURSELF.
