- A couple of exciting unmanned ground vehicles builds we were able to get together. Both use ArduRover advanced configurations.
Some highlights are BendyRuler Obstacle Avoidance (360 Lidar), Simple Obstacle Avoidance (Single Point Rangefinder), GPS Follow Me, RTK GPS, Auto Trigger Pin, Long Range Telemetry, Long Range RC, Long Range Video Transmission, and Remote Relay Triggering.

Hi;
I noticed something in that video. When you pass in front of the vehicle, the vehicle stops and goes back, when you get out of the way, it goes forward again. I think you are doing this with single point lidar. If you don't mind, can you tell me the parameters you used for this?
Yes. We are using a Benewake TF Mini Plus: ardupilot.org/rover/docs/common-benewake-tfmini-lidar.html

Having the backup speed set to a non zero value allows it to backup to maintain distance to an obstacle.
