- I have bought Eurofine EF-S6 pressure washer 2 years back. Used it more than 100 times.
So i thought of doing a service such as oil change and cleaning of valves.
So i bought hydraulic oil for replacement and showed the steps in this Video.

Hello Guys ❤, Instead of using Vaseline over O Rings, please use silicone grease. By mistake I portrayed in video as Vaseline which is a petroleum product which may damage rubber.

Help required - in the oil chamber there is water mixing what action is required. Also there is a heavy sound while running. Also oil or water is collected in the value meter, what should be done
Replacing pump head would solve the issue. There might be issue with water seal. You can find the pump head online for purchase. It would cost around 1500 rupees

Not sure about spares store bro. You can buy oil from a local oil shop. Regarding pump, you can get it online

You can change the pump alone. It would cost you 1000-1200 online. Else you can change the O rings used in the pump

Don't buy a hydraulic hose for the pressure washer bro. It starts cracking after a few months. better go with nylon braided which is low cost and life is good. I am using an 8m nylon braided hose and it's good.

It should be an issue with the pressure switch. If you replace the pressure switch in the pump, it should work I think. Before replacing the pressure switch, try joining the wires connected to the pressure switch. If the motor works after connecting wires, then for sure the issue is with the pressure switch, else it may be an issue with coil winding

You can use the oil used in Hydraulic systems. Like the oil used in Hydraulics of excavators. Oil should not be too viscous.
This type of pressure washer's. How many years will works well maintained as per your instructions. I think this all pressure washer's from china right. Kindly suggest Which pressure washer best in the market. And also I checked the price texmo pressure washer nearly 12k.
I used this particular washer more than 150 times, working well till now. It cost me 6250 in 2021, now it's 7k something. Euro Fine Ef-S6. It totally depends on how we store it after every usage bro. Everytime we need to drain water completely from pump so that there won't be any salt deposition.

Pressure cut off switch issue bro, change it. Are you getting pressure output even though the motor is not stopping when the trigger is released?

You can purchase it online bro, entire kit. Bcoz individual spares costs more than the pump assembly. You can get it between price range 1300-1700

கண்டிப்பாக பயன்படுத்த முடியும் நண்பரே. இதில் காப்பர் வைன்டிங் மோட்டார் தான் பயன்படுத்தியுள்ளார்கள். நான் தொடர்ந்து 30 நிமிடங்கள் வரை பயன்படுத்தி இருக்கிறேன், இதுவரை 150 மேற்பட்ட கார் வாஷ் செய்துள்ளேன்.

Hydraulic oil bro, SAE 20 or SAE 30. Pls check with the person in the Shop. Oil should not be too thick. It's should have low viscosity

You can visit any oil shop where they sell hydraulic oil used for JCB and excavators. Ask them for oil with low viscosity hydraulic oil

Probably, if there were any salt depositions in the valves and if you clean and fix it, it may increase pressure. If not you need to change pump head which would solve low pressure issue

We should change oil every 100 hours for a good life. I almost used it for 130+ hours till now and it's working without any issues.
Mine is domestic use only and not for professional purposes.

Hi bro, it's value for money product bro, i bought this for 6250 INR and now they have increased the price to 6800 INR. Till now I have used it for more than 100 times, worth every wash.
You have to change the oil periodically to achieve longer life.
Also after washing, you should run the pump without water for 5 seconds so that there won't be any water inside the pump leading to salt deposition.

Hello I bought the pump two years back and auto cut off failed and when I run the motor it is giving shock to the gun I hold..when I contact eurofine,owner is really worst he says to pay money to send the motor to his district from Chennai. For that reason I got pissed off and brought Shakti pressure washer and that is running too good. Still now Eurofine motor is with me sitting idle in my Store room. Please don't buy eurofine

@@rajeev316 no need to change for 25-30 hours usage bro. If you feel the performance is not good, then you can think about changing oil. Usually you need to change it after 70-80 hours of usage
