Hi DIY, since this is induction motor, non synthetic oil or conventional/mineral 20w40 grade oil should be use correct? My understanding is that synthetic oil is used only on petrol engines which uses a filter. Since this is pressure pump motor (which don't have filter), "non-synthetic/non-detergent/conventional/mineral" oil in 20W-40 grade should be used. Is this correct? Thanks.
Note: non-synthetic/non-detergent/conventional/mineral are all different names for the conventional motor oil.

every induction motor pressure washer pump has oil inside.if oil changing cap is not present in your pressure washer that means you need not to change oil.

Hi, I am having the same machine, its giving some on/off issues. It doesn't start after using it for sometime, I had tried to change the On/Off switch for auto cutoff and still its giving the same issue. If I remove this cutoff switch, its working non stop without any issue. What may be the issue? I have changed with 3 switches till now and all the switches are working as per the spare guy.
That is auto cut switch installed by companies. I have Agaro machine, same thing. After 3-4 minutes of run it will trip and then cool down for 5 mins, again it will start working. If you installed direct switch without thermostat then it may burn out.
This machine is for very light use only, not continuous running or commercial use.

People say we need to use hydraulic oil
NO. Hydraulic oil is used to transmit hydraulic power like hydraulic brakes, bulldozers, hydraulic presses etc, whereas here 20-40 engine oil is used for lubrication. Hope this helps.

Mai apne ghar me hi use kar rha hun Vantro pressure washer pichle 4-5 mahino se fir bhi mujhe oil change karna pada ek baar kyu k machine heat ho kar band ho jaya karti thi 5 mins k liye.
Looks like water is mixed with the oil the change of colour can be seen. Mostly one of the seal is broken..
