Seems straight forward! The reason I'm watching this video is my brand new giohos pillow has an extra bit that sticks up through the "inflation hole" so to speak. Inflation was no worries but deflation is not happening. I thought this extra bit was to make the inflation easier but pillow is not deflating. This is not normal right? I have tried to pull the extra bit out - to no avail. Also i don't do want to damage the pillow. The extra bit is an error right? You have any ideas brave lee?
