I think the best and free way is by using AZcopy, it is a great tool for this type of migrations but I would say , it will just take all your bandwidth because it is extremally fast , so I prefer using Sharegate or Gs Richcopy 360 because both have an excellent option to limit the transfer speed and also both are a GUI based
