This Video helped me so much! I actually used this for a clinet and I have to say: You are giving me, what some people learn in universitys over multiple years! Happy to know your chanel, please never stop with your content!
Been using your presets the last few months along with Alex Ruskman's larger pack via his gumroad and many from VSCO and RNI). I must say that both yours and Alex Ruskman's have been absolutely glorious. They have significantly changed the game for me. Thanks!
I’m a photographer and I go on a photo walk every month with my friends and it’s really fun so getting together with friends and just create art is the best in my opinion! Also this is the first video I see of you and it’s pretty awesome, 1 more subscriber here!! 🔥🙋🏻♂️📸
I'm curious about the tone curve versus the shadow, highlight etc at the top, versus any other way to darken lighten, apply contract etc - when and why do we use all the tools that can essentially do the same thing? You're kind of doing that here and its really appreciated, I just feel like when I go to my own photos I never know what to do when
i completely agree. in the videos oftentimes the say i just bump up the highlights lower this and that and so on. but in the end i still dont understand the single parts and what to do when.
Honestly I know a lot would say they are tons of videos on masking, however imo they way you explain things in your videos it’s way more comprehensive than most. I’d love to see your process. I’ve just started photography and using LR and I’m in love with editing photos now.
Amazing tips! I actually do photo tour in Azores, Sao Miguel island - Portugal, and this video was precious! because the main goal of my Airbnb experience: Atlantic Moments Photo Tours its to do a photsoot of my clients and give the best quality photo back because in Azores we have a lot of beautiful spots and thats tips fits perfectly. Thank you!!
So wonderfully helpful. I am very new to editing and I’m learning everything through Phlearn, but having the opportunity to see other photographers, edit photographs and seeing what tools they like to use is so instrumentally helpful thank you for this ❤
I have always felt like the art of color grading was daunting. I essentailly refused to learn and would just throw a blanket filter over whatever I shot. You have done such a good job explaining and making the process digestable. I am glad I found your channel.
You have the best tutorials. I've watched a few so far and I understand everything, you're simplicity explaining and always giving examples makes it so much easier to learn, thank you!
When I come from Czech republic across the Earth, I will stop by for some some shooting session 😂 great video, have to try that sharpness masking right now!
How do I know that a photo needs a color grading? In other words, I always see my SOOC photo as good as they are. How do I know why should my photo get color grading?
I loved the video and youre very good at explaining but could you go deeper in the basic adjustements part? Because its always like im just doing it how i feel. i never know what to turn higher or lower to get a good result.
This was just offered to me and wow. I just learned more in the first 5 minutes of this video it’s crazy. Time to go back and try some of this on my photos. Thanks for this!
Hey AG, I have been watching you from long time, I have learnt a lot of editing knowledge from you and thanks alot for that❤, can you give something more on color grading?
Hi, first thing to say is that, not only do I appreciate the information and knowledge you share in your videos, but I also love your enthusiasm! I have a question - is there an automated method to create and apply luminosity masks to multiple images in Lightroom using AI? I am trying to speed up and simplify my workflow - at the moment I have to blend layers in Photoshop with manual luminosity masks, sort of as a manual HDR blending 3 images rather than a single exposure. I've been trying to send images off to a retoucher recently but the results have not been good. Thanks!
I’m curious about the “virtual library”. I’m new to photos and editing so I’m not sure if this was a feature within Lightroom or if this was something else you are using to store each version of your photo you’d like to keep. Sizing and what not. Great video by the way! Very helpful!
I would love to see how you import photos and see them when it’s not on a Mac computer. Because most things are built for my computer. And how do you see your photos without having to go through 1000 steps.
Thank you Brother , Excellent I learn a lot but I couldn't do anything on my photos because the masking tag doesn't show in my Lightroom program , thanks, how you get the masking tag on yours???
Is it better to import/export videos and photos to pc or laptop compared to on doing on your phone? Also does the quality downgrade if your doing it from your phone and posting it?
I am new to photography and editing. I will be converting 35mm slides to digital using Lightroom. Are there some basic settings that can work for all the slides then adjust on an individual basis if needed. I know to shoot in Raw format. And the basics on the photo side but not the edit yet. Lens is on the way. Thanks for the video. God Bless.
Aren't you afraid when you erased the guy that he actually got erased for real? Anyways, how about a video on just very. basic adjustments in Lightroom to photos for those of us who are not big into editing? What are some basic tools and steps to do to improve images without spending hours learning editing software. I miss darkrooms and the smell of chemicals.
Is your demo using the free version of Lightroom? I’m looking to replace Snapseed (which has stopped working since upgrading to iOS 16). I paint landscapes and photograph the finished pieces with a Canon100D, in RAW. However, the colours always need adjusting before sending off to print shops. Can you help?
Let me know what your thoughts are about travelling together to shoot photos! 😊📷
STOKED to be back to some serious Lightroom Editing!
Would love to hop in!

Thank you for making this video! It's been a long time since use Lightroom, this reminded me of those important things when in lightroom. 😊

Nice video btw :)
I second this
I enjoy watching this video is very amazing 👏
Which do you recommend Lr or LrC, I'm not interested in editing on the go or from a mobile device but rather from the desktop.
I loved the video and youre very good at explaining but could you go deeper in the basic adjustements part? Because its always like im just doing it how i feel. i never know what to turn higher or lower to get a good result.

Maybe weird question. But how did you make this video with the small bubble and recorded your screen meanwhile?
I just watched a video of your's saying to not use presets lol 3:55

Hola! En los presets vienen presets en blanco y negro también??
i love the matte black look but i always get criticized for it; like how it's 'unprofessional' or '2013' lol.
