    Daniel Rangel began his career as a Los Angeles real estate agent at the young age of eighteen, over a decade ago, during the great recession. When others were calling it quits, he was charging forward, finding opportunities for his clients where others saw problems. To some around the world, Daniel is better known as the founder of Creativum, a project with a social cause that he founded during a three-year sabbatical, in which he traveled the world alone with a small backpack and a camera. As a result of his eccentric entrepreneurial accomplishments during this adventure, he has been published in newspapers across the American continent, made television appearances, been a guest speaker at several universities, and given two TEDx talks on the topic of sales and creativity. He likes the outdoors, travel, photography, and writing. From Daniel Rangel you can expect a real estate experience that’s fun, up-front, honest, and pressure-free.

    Buying a house built on an indian burial ground, can't imagine anything going wrong there.

      @@theartistofrealestate Yes re: Ritz lol. I see they have some condos. But I guess more specifically, I would want to know what are the pros and cons of living in DTLA vs somewhere like Playa Vista.

      @@michellekross1292 Good question and idea for a next video, "the westside vs downtown." :) Generally speaking, westside condos are more expensive, with the exception of the Ritz. That's a nice building in prime DTLA, with a bunch of amenities, naturally it's on the high-end of pricing for DTLA. Historically, places like Playa Vista have had better value retention during downturns. Recently, for example rental rates in DTLA were hit hard, harder than the westside. Then again, DTLA is relatively new in its current state of desirability, still growing. The weather is generally better on the west side. But I don't know, what do you think? DTLA vs the westside?

      @@theartistofrealestate Thank you for that breakdown. I of course have loved seeing the amenities of the Ritz on RUclips and love how it is close to Staple's Center and LA Live etc. But I love all that you have said about Playa Vista. Seems like a great area as well...particularly how you can walk to certain areas for activities, shopping, etc.

    Hello, I enjoyed your video. I currently work in tech and might leave Austin after my lease is up next year. I’m looking to buy a house or build. Do you have videos about buying/building a home in playa vista? Thanks!!!

    • @theartistofrealestate
      @theartistofrealestate  2 года назад +1

      Hey LatinoUSA, glad to hear you enjoyed the video! Playa Vista is part of a master HOA, so most of the developments are HOA buildings built by delopers. The idea of buying a plot of land to build a house is not really existent, like you would be able to do so in a neighborhood not governed by an HOA. But you do have more of that option in surrounding neighborhoods like Westchester or Playa Del Rey. Thank you!

    Any rentals you recommend in Playa Vista?

      Hello, thanks for watching and commenting. As for apartments, several clients have lived at the SAUSALITO complex and have had a good experience. It's conveniently located close to Runway plaza. Here is a list of the apartments in Playa, playavista.com/live-here/#apartment Another option is to rent a condominium from an owner. This might have more of a homeownership feel, as some of your neighbors would own their units. If you email me (daniel@theartistofrealestate.com), I can see if there are any available. Either way, thanks for checking in! :)
