I've been roasting a turkey breast for Xmas for the last 5 years. I tie up the breast myself, and it usually turns out quite well, but it's nice to see it done by an expert. We had a new kitchen fitted and I'm banned from roasting in the oven, so it's going to be me doing the xmas dinner outside in the barbecue. I might just buy a probe.

What’s the absolute best Christmas present? A broken drum - you can’t beat it!
I tried cooking to a temperature using a temp probe and your guide and it cooked perfectly. I won't cook Turkey again by time.
Who is never hungry at Christmas? The turkey-he’s always stuffed.
