I'll stay wholesome and refrain from renaming your friends 😊 - but DO IT! You could find that you're more gifted than you imagined and bring happiness to so many people, including yourself!
I want to thank you for the time you took yesterday to talk to my son James (via FaceTime). He could not have been more excited to tell me all about it. You have my gratitude for inspiring him in his love of puppetry.
Gracias Adam soy de Ecuador, no hablo ingles pero tus videos han sido muy utiles y e aprendido de ellos. Estoy muy contento por que compartes tu conocimiento🤗
Adam - Once again a great “how-to” instructional video! It really helps knowing the ins-and-outs of creating and installing teeth...especially the info about the high density EVA foam 👍🏻☺️ I was really interested in the goofy teeth made with the Dremel tool from the PVC pipe...never would have guessed that was the material you used...I thought they were cast plastic like the puppet eyes...
Adam Kreutinger - You sir, are my inspiration! 👍🏻 Working on my 2nd puppet now, and your how-to videos are invaluable as I go yhrough my creation process (and helping me avoid pitfalls along the way)! Again many thanks for all the great work you put into making your videos!
Thanks for the video! Just FYI, those polishing wheels are meant to be used with an abrasive compound in order to polish materials to a shine. Obviously it works this way for you, but if you ever want a high shine you may want to look into it. All in all though, super informative. I will have to look into that flip flop foam now.
Omg, all the pvc I use and build with I never thought to use for teeth. Sooo occurs now that I think of it. Thanks for that great tip, plus, I never thought the polisher actually did anything much. Thanks for the lesson!!! My mascot puppet Bin-bin always has his soft carved sponge fang ripped out by kids- I just say he looses his teeth often as a monster. But now I’ve got great alternatives! XOXO
I bought ready made puppets for my music video and never really thought about teeth, but after seeing your video I may just make a few sets of teeth for them. I'll have time now while I wait for materials I ordered. Awesome explanation of teeth making. Making miniatures for Disney I have lots of different dremel bits. Love the safety part. I have lots of safety glasses. Even tinted ones. lol Thanks again...
Nice! I put some big goofy teeth on my puppet, using thick craft foam with a felt covering on them. Because they were so large, I didn’t want the texture difference to be that jarring. If you can’t easily get ahold of this type of foam, I wonder if you could use some dollar store flip flops instead!
I wonder if you could use something like dollar store flip flops for this since the bottom is basically the hard EVA foam you used and you’re going to paint it anyway.
I am so glad to have found you on U-Tube. I am making an attempt to creating my own Dinosaur puppets and need to figure out how to make the dinosaur teeth. Maybe you’ve already made a video on Dinosaur teeth. If so could you please send me a link. thanks
There was one and only one occasion several years ago where I gave Steve D'Monster teeth - the reaction was that it was his scariest moment ever. That being said, I've never seen that kind of double stick tape - _anywhere._ I just always see that thick, sandy-colored stuff.
i would love to see another wideo about this i have so many ideas to make with teeth and that quill idea made me think of a porkupine i think that im going to try to make that
I love your puppets. I enjoy watching your videos. I’m totally new with this but I was going to try some of the free patterns you have in the description but the link when I go there is just about the latest tweets and I don’t see any free parents there. Just wondering if the link is to the wrong place or am I supposed to click on some thing I’m not. Hope you’re feeling better these days. Merry Christmas to you and your family❤
Hey Adam! Could you make a Video with some helps how to give structure to puppets? Little bit like you did on baby Yoda, but maybe more like dragon or fish scales, like horn or like skin folds? It would be helpful to me, because I’d like to create a D&D pseudodragon familiar puppet as a mascot for our group.
When a puppets teeth are straighter than mine 😂 Really enjoy your videos, I personally dont make puppets but you show many tips that I actually use for other things like clothing and crafts, I learn so much and these series show me how much work is put into making puppets
Yeah .. so I used the pieces of the ping pong balls. First thing that went wrong is when using hot glue i terribly burned my fingers :-) Also it wasn't great sticking on there. Next to add something to it, cause the pingpongballs were looking too naked, i added fleece as eyelids. Now though he looks mean. Which wasn't my intention. And since it's glued on, it's not really coming off soon. So eyes. Didn't expect that to be the part where I struggled with most. Anyway. Thnx for these video's.
The exposure gets better halfway through when I realized it was accidentally left on auto. When filming white materials it barely makes a difference anyway on those pieces since the cameras can’t focus on pure white.
Please tell me how to make a pattern in the shape of scooter mc nutty! Cheeks and snout!?? Pleeeease?🙏🙏🙏 NY son lives your channel. Puppets are his life! 23 yrs old & has autism :)
@@PuppetNerdBro, what I meant to say is your video is bit over exposed right now. See if you can fix it on new videos 😊. Really getting interested into puppets. Good content 👍👍👍
In August RUclips disabled the ability to change the exposure on existing videos. If you have seen any of my other videos this exposure is not a consistent theme.
How to make it look "extra toothy"? By "extra toothy" I mean that I want a lot of teeth inside the mouth of the puppet, and the teeth should be very sharp, almost cone-shaped, similar to a "Dinosaur Tooth"
I want to make puppets but all my friends think it's weird. The puppet community seems so wholesome!! Love your vids Adam :)
Just do it, you'll regret not doing it because of peer pressure
dooo ittttt
Do it!

Never too late to start playing ! your friends are weird!! hahahaha!!
I want to thank you for the time you took yesterday to talk to my son James (via FaceTime). He could not have been more excited to tell me all about it. You have my gratitude for inspiring him in his love of puppetry.
Happy to help! Make sure to send me a picture of the puppet he makes. I’d love to give him a shoutout!
You should cover how to pattern more complex shapes or how to add facial features like cheek bones, chins, etc.
It’s on my list!
Gracias Adam soy de Ecuador, no hablo ingles pero tus videos han sido muy utiles y e aprendido de ellos. Estoy muy contento por que compartes tu conocimiento🤗
Thanks, sudah memberi idea buat saya. Salam from Indonesia
You've really inspired me to make puppets!
Make sure to take me in the pictures! I want to see them!
This tutorial was great and the shout out with Larry was cute!

This video was toothy! Thanks for showing that high density foam (I may come up with uses for it) & the wonders of double sided tape!

thanks for sharing this technique. Looking forward to using it with my work.
Make sure to tag me I. The picture. I want to see it.

That would definitely work. But this piece I am using is much stronger.
fantastic amount of information here! thanks!

I think an apron would not go amiss along with the mask and goggles. As usual - great video. Thank you.
Oh. I have some awesome aprons!
Did you ever end up making the part 2 to this video focusing on soft teeth? I can’t seem to find it :(
Eu acho seu trabalho maravilhoso! Parabéns!

Thank you adam for the video

I'm hoping that I didn't just overlook this in a video somewhere, but have you covered how you'd handle doing eye glasses for a puppet?

Have you seen that horse puppet with the purple tongue and weird human teeth? I've been looking for it everywhere!
Wow
This video came out at the perfect time I’m making a puppet with teeth called mumbo
Awesome!
wow!
I love your videos, Adam. The more I watch them though, the more I think Kermit is the one doing your voice!
😂😂😂
Any tips on how to make it so that the teeth are concealed when the mouth is closed?
Please give us the patrons of your work pleeeeaaase ❤️
I’m not sure what you mean.
Can these items also work for rabbit teeth if you can shape it right
Sure can!
If you have access to a 3D printer, it can be a very useful tool for creating puppet teeth (and other things)

Lol. I see what you did there.
Can you make a puppet of yourself? I think you should, that would be cool
❤️❤️
Can you bring the exposure down on your camera everything is too bright so its hard to distinguish the different materials.
The exposure gets better halfway through when I realized it was accidentally left on auto. When filming white materials it barely makes a difference anyway on those pieces since the cameras can’t focus on pure white.
Adam Kreutinger totally understandable, still love the videos man. Thank you.
How do you attach the pvc full set of teeth?
Glue.
Adam Kreutinger Contact Cement? Thanks!
Can you use fabric instead of foam
For what part?
For the teeth
How to find the cloth to make puppet?
