You have some beautiful flights. It would be helpful if you put the ICAOS in the descriptions. It seems you always find the most Interesting places to fly.
You are SO weird and the livery is SO you too! Gotta love it! I haven't done much bush flying since starting my Circle the Earth tour except the occasional local excursion from wherever I'm currently at but I do look forward to it soon and I keep a good watch on where you fly. Always the most interesting spots!
I love the videos of porters taking off from Namche Bazzar. Always dreamed of flying up there to climb Ama Dablam. There’s a hotel up on the top of the hill.
The phase 2 is now here (Dec. 2022) . If you own the Porter check emails from Blackbox a.k.a. BBS (Milviz's new name) for the free upgrade to Phase 2 (steam gauges).
Really like your reviews, having just found you (looking up reviews of this aircraft), I will buy it thanks to your channel. Also subbed. I notice a few people asking about Neofly, would be great to see you do a career series on it, if you have time!
Syangboche, the second landing, is trickier than Lukla in my opinion, certainly rougher getting out of. The Porter makes it all look easy though. Well done!
Thanks for the video and the beautiful scenery! Waiting to see what Asobo will come up with and hopefully it will be a standard cockpit without any glass or computers!
My lineup checks in the pc6 now include setting a target altitude whether I'm planning to need one or not, and telling the gps to go direct to the first waypoint (or the destination), which bypasses the bollocks ghost waypoint msfs likes to include. G1000 is well worth the time to learn, the NXi mod that works with the pc6 now is so much better than any other default g1000s in any sim. I ended up turning ground vehicles off, less eye candy but also much less headaches.
Haha yeah. Great video, getting the name wrong every time of one of the most famous airports in the world... At least it made me laugh rather than annoying me!
As someone who also finds the steam gauges more familiar I'd implore you to learn the G1000. I have to admit that after putting in the time to learn them they no longer feel alien and I find them just as useable as the steams. Instrument clusters do add a whole bunch of character to a cockpit so the G1000's do feel a bit generic, but I'm sure someone else could argue that once you've seen a few six packs they start looking generic as well. I'd offer to make tutorials as a thank you for all yours, but the truth is there's already so many good ones here on YT that I'd just refer you to any of them.
@@AvAngel learning the G1000 can kinda help with that too. With the NXi you can disable terrain vision in the PFD (turning it into huge attitude indicator), and disable topo map on the MFD, making it look just like the more simple GPS maps. Much less distracting!
I think the Porter has taken my no.1 bush plane spot. Love flying it. Have you tried NeoFly? Love to see you do some of the flights in that, maybe tied into a review.
This is an amazing bush plane! And the 2nd time you've showed it off, assuming you love it! The price is a bit steep but based on all the options, this looks like its worth it! Do you agree AvAngel?
I wanted to see how the updates were and show people the differences with it being a fairly major update. Yes, its a little on the high end price wise, but it has some great systems depth, and function, sounds are amazing, performance is as spec... I'd say its worth it.
I’ve really struggled with a beta descent with this aircraft no matter what I do. It’s like it doesn’t manage the speed if I let the nose pitch down much at all
I had that thought too, it's awesome for sightseeing. Then I did a series of flights in fseconomy moving one across Papua New Guinea and down Australia to Brisbane... at around 120 kts. Even the BN2 is faster. Waiting to see how the Twotter and the Kodiak cruise before getting serious..:)

I try to provide some interesting adventures for you folks! Good luck on the trip!
And weird is great :D
I've found if you select both 'passengers' and 'skydiving' modes at the same time it configures the rear to have only 2 seats at the back 👍
Ah nice!
I love the videos of porters taking off from Namche Bazzar. Always dreamed of flying up there to climb Ama Dablam. There’s a hotel up on the top of the hill.
What it needs now is skydivers that jump out so you can then do the death dive to land before the jumpers!
Thanks for the heads up! Looks like i will be updating mine tonight, then.

Already recorded a vid on it, and its not Blackbox or BBS, its Blackbird now :)

Thank you! And I'm glad you found the content useful! I would be planning to do some Neofly soon :)
Really wish there was a mesh for the Himalayas like there is for NZ, would make those mountains look so good.
They look pretty epic without, but with? holy crap eh?
Check with Orbx. They have it.
Best addon so far for msfs. Pt 6 is excellently modeled even in beta mode. I love the milviz porter...
Yeah its a darn bang on bush plane .
Always a Educational and Fun video deffo

Phase 2 of the Milviz one will have steam too, i think it will be the go to tbh.
With Milviz covering the steam gauges, I'd prefer Asobo to tackle the piston-engined variant.
Now THAT I'd Love!
Another great video , TY .

I so much like the way you call that little airport LULKA. Sounds like Yiddish to me... A great video, BTW
It's its name! Or Tensing Hillary Airport :D Village of Lulka.
Isn't it luKla?
@@mosheflute Yeah, it's Lukla. I thought maybe it was a local pronouciation and I was wromg all along 😎

Yeah yeah, I'm a meme :D I've always pronounced it wrong :D
Just downloaded this but Can’t seem to open the iPad for some reason ?

It’s not about the look, I find glass forced you into the cockpit more than out the window… heads down rather than up. I just dislike them tbh.

can you do a video on a trip from cedar mountain to Mexican mountain? there's scenery's by the bush league legends team for them
Awesome video. Can’t wait for the default pc-6 to come out with the game of the year update next month along with the other aircraft.
It's gonna be nowhere as good as the milviz porter though
@@jxk4500 True, but there’s going to be improvement mods that will come out for it.
Made that landing look easy.

Not yet no, but i would like to :)

I must try it then!

anyone know where i can get this aircraft?
From Milviz as I explain.
Were you using the default g1000 in the video?
Yes.

Got to get the throttle back to full idle, which in many like the saitek is behind the detent.
@@AvAngel Alright i'll give that a try. I do have the saitek
@@AvAngel not into reverse correct? just flat flight idle?
please may you link the plane, great video btw!!!
It's a payware addon available from Milviz :)
Luk...la :-)
great video. I like it, are you using 3th party sceneries?
Nope, none in this.
I could plan a flight around the world in this plane. Maybe I will!

Heck yes!
this plane is real XD is learned skydiving in it :-D i need this plane in my sim XD u can find it at southsidebase germany
Why the fuck do you keep calling it lulka?
Because I'm stoopid.... force of habit.
LULka.
