I just wish they'd stop with the Project Renee, Dolores, etc, and just confirm whether we're getting TS5 already. It's been like 2 years or something. EA's so determined to milk TS4 and prove that Live Service 10-Year models "work," that they're ruining The Sims' legacy as a franchise. So aggravating.
😂 I look on the plus side though, I've actually done productive things since the Sims is crap now. Meaningful additions to the series are deeply missed though...
I don't mind it being unconfirmed so long as it's actually being designed primarily as a solo PC. Not being worked on as a cross-platform iteration before the main version is done should be the norm for companies - it's not like it's already released and they're adding an installment lol But imo, despite TS4 as a game being a disgrace to the franchise, it's a type of learning curve for EA. The entire fail that is TS4 is from its original intent to be a mobile game. That means weaker/lacking engine, minimal lore, and holding the Simmer's hands. Both Modders who focus on gameplay supplements and Simmers in general are aware this is the cause of why mods can't do much - the game's core coding was never designed for it. And it's lack of gameplay is the main reason for the increase in torrents despite having no competition atm (there's 2 reliable/trustworthy *enough* companies, but they're both too new to expect them to be solid competition on their first round).
Expansion sales take a dive when sequels get announced. Known trend in all of gaming. Paradox Interactive has had this happen quite a few times with games that aren't even sequels, refer to Emperor DLC for EU4 when CK3 was about to release. Call of Duty got around this by selling season passes up front so you get all map packs, even the one that released near the next CoD. And hell it even affects non-DLCs too, with Assassin's Creed Rogue being a rather underplayed mainline game in the AC franchise because it came out with Unity, with Ubisoft underestimating how many people would play a lower end game just because they didn't have a higher end console yet. If Sims 5 was announced, Sims 4 would immediately become less profitable. So they have to use project names and lead you on, otherwise you won't buy Lovestruck.
Exactly and honestly, i'm fine with the sims 4. I spent way too many hours on it, got too involved with my own storytelling, spent too much time CC shopping and rebuilding every world to my liking just to throw it all away for a brand new game. Maybe it's just me
@@vendyi I'm attached to TS4 too but after the release of Lovestruck and how it broke the game, I just want to move on to a new Sims game with an actual running engine.

Satch the Sims 4 does work offline. You can't use the gallery, but you can play the game completely fine. TONS of people play offline when the game gets buggy and are waiting for an update.
Yeah true and for people playing it « à la Jack Sparrow » 🏴☠️in the versio. I can even have the online feature normally (but I don’t do it, I tried but failed lol and I prefer not to in fact)
3:50 A lay-off is like being fired. But being fired implies that the employee did something to lose their job, while lay-offs happen when a company can't afford/doesn't need an employee and has to let them go. Sort of like the difference between breaking up on bad terms and breaking up on good terms.
They can't even fix TS4's issues, werewolves are bugged to be in constant wolf form, mermaids don't even mermaid, the spa barely functions, the restaurants still don't work.
its easier to milk a clunky game for 10 years rather than improve the iconic game titles. it drives me crazy everytime i see something new about gta and sims series. what a corrupted and greedy times to be alive amk.
Thank you. I had this convo with some friends yesterday. Selective reading is why there is so much gossip and misinformation spread in this world. It quite literally says PS5, why would that impact PC? Love your channel
I just want them to at least fix 4 first before trying anything stupid. If they are making The Sims 5, it better be made fresh and not the spaghetti code that is The Sims 4.
I don’t think it’s possible to fix the game at this point… every expansion pack adds more bugs and it’s running on an old base game which was broken and severely lacking on release.
To fix The Sims 4, you'd have to rebuild the whole core engine. Which is to say, make The Sims 5. That's really the only thing that's going to "fix" it.
I honestly feel like the sims 4 is too far gone, every time they try fixing something it just opens up so many more problems and although I won’t be thrilled about giving ea even more of my money with the inevitable packs and content they’ll release, at the same time maybe a new game will be the clean slate they need, assuming that they don’t completely butcher it.
@@StocMontana Aye, that's what I'm afraid of. There's not really much reason to believe that the same EA/Maxis will do any better with a Sims 5. Time will tell, I guess.
Bring back The Sims 1 and The Sims 2, make it that available for all computer systems, available to download, buy and play them as is it possible with The Sims 3 and 4 currently. Perhaps, The Sims 5 is gonna or could be what most players of The Sims like from all the games and previous expansions. Who knows. But at least, it should be available the options of playing The Sims 5 multiplayer on a on/off option. So, if someone wants to play multiplayer, they can, but those who don't then don't. Or changing between playing multiplayer at times and not at another times. Same for players creations and game use. Give options to use individual Sims, houses etc to on/off play with them on multiplayer option.
We wont ever get sims 2 again, from what i remember the actual like build of the game (so you get unreal right ill use that to make it easier) that “unreal” shut down meaning sims doesnt have access to that software to be able to bring it back in proper ports

I have a theory that Project Rene is going to be 'Sims Forever', a metaverse/online sort of thing (hence, running alongside Sims 4 and not being confirmed at Sims 5) Think about it, in Sims 2, you could play The Sims 3 on a computer, in Sims 3 you could play SimCity, in Sims 4, one of the first games you can play is 'The Sims Forever' On a sidenote, if Project Deloris was something similar to The Sims Stories or The Sims Medieval, that might be cool too
Did they announce Rene too soon back in 2022? It starts to feel like they made a blunder when they announced it in the first place. Not many studios announce big titles early like this.
Maybe they did it for damage control? Such as, if TS4 disappointed you, just know we *ARE* working on the next version that'll surpass it! (but please play TS4 in the meantime so you help fund it)
@@DeBlauweOlifant Paralives is going to suck even they know it. the trailer even looked more boring then the sims 4 and i didn't know that was possible
I think its going to be that we have The Sims 4 until literally even cas doesnt work anymore. Then Project Renee will be just Sims Metaverse/Online, which it will be the Sims 4 but somehow worse and restricted to living in apartments with other simmers. And it will run alongside The Sims 4 until Project Dolores comes. Then Project Dolores will be The Sims 5 which again will be worse then The Sims 4. I think they're working on Project Dolores/Sims 5 and getting it ready for when The Sims 4 and Project Renee/Sims Online both break past the point where you can even use cas or open them. That's my theory anyways.
Spore used to give me so much joy back in the day... I remember creating different species with my uncle and my cousin in the Creature Creator released ahead of the game itself. They both died since, so I have this random, sweet memory of them both. Will Wright really ate with this one.
That's the 3rd game I've considered because everyone seems to make a big deal of it. Actually you just reminded me to go see if my parents have any CD's of the previous games so I can see what it's like. Thanks
It's crazy to think that if EA continued with the 4-5 year gap between games that The Sims 5 would have been released in 2018/2019 and The Sims 6 in 2022/2023, so we literally should be on The Sims 6 now.
@@bonbonvegabon there absolutely is a need for The Sims 5 at the very least - but only so long as they create a game that aligns with what the community wants, which I just don’t feel confident they will do. The Sims 4 has disappointed lifelong fans time and time again from the moment it launched, but I can appreciate that some people do enjoy and love it
here’s my theory: sims 4 was intended to be some kind of sims online 2, but because sims city 2013 online features flopped so hard they canceled so2 and turned it into the 4th sims game. (this isn’t anything new, the whole community basically knows sims 4 is project olympus) i feel like there’s 2 ways this could go: project rene IS the sims 5, but they’re gonna have animal crossing/minecraft realms like multiplayer features, with roblox’s robux and player made “cc”. (if you remember them being very interested in capitalizing on cc) i also think they’re gonna do the dlc very differently but honestly in a better way. i.e. they’d have base packs like restaurants base game so other dlc could use it instead of 50 damn food stalls. OR: project rene is them continuing the idea of a sims online 2 (hense why sims 4 is gonna run alongside it) and project dolores will be the sims 5 but MANY MANY MANY years down the line. i’m more inclined to believe the first one but this is just throwing out ideas for conversation
in New Zealand, the expansion packs started off at 60 dollars, but after getting a lot of backlash, they changed it to 50. but only for PC, on console, its still at 60 dollars for about half an hour of game play. even on sale the packs are just too expensive for us.
considering how early in development it is, this also could mean they won't make it before the new console generation comes out and they might aswell release it on next gen, though a game like The Sims doesn't strike me as a software that needs a really powerful machine, especially at the beginning, but maybe they're futureproofing it to avoid having to always adapt each new pack (and the game itself) to the current gen systems, especially considering they'd of course have to adapt it to Series S which is about as powerful as a high end PS4/Xbox One and it's the reason why so few games this generation have failed to deliver on the promise of 60FPS as an industry standard.
It’s simply not true that the Series S is simply a high end PS4/Xbox One. In terms of GPU power sure the Series S is roughly equivalent to a PS4 Pro. But in terms of CPU power, which is definitely a more important factor especially in a game like The Sims, the Series S runs rings around them and is basically as power as a Series X in that area but it’s slightly bottlenecked by having less RAM. GPU only really matters for having high resolutions, frame rates and prettier graphics. The actual core game mechanics are relying on the CPU and The Sims has always been a CPU-heavy franchise. Not to say Series S isn’t holding back gaming at all- the weakest machine will always be the weakest link. But it’s really not as massive as people think. Most games that could run on a Series X could also run on Series S, albeit with lower graphics settings and resolution and occasionally lower frame rates- just look at the upcoming GTA6 as an example. If GTA6 can run on a Series S, The Sims 5 can. And if this generation has taught us anything it’s that last gen consoles will continue to get support until halfway through their successors lifecycle so I don’t think they’d hesitate to release The Sims 5 on this gen if it releases before 2028. What’s more likely is that they’re indefinitely pushing back the console release in order to release on PC in the best state.
Not to be a conspiracy nut on main but I believe they’re desperate to make the sims 5 multiplayer so they can stop mods and consider that hacking so we all have no choice but to pay for doc not just console
@DGTelevsionNetwork GTA didn't start out as mod friendly, The Sims series has always been mod and CC friendly. The Sims 1 had mods and CC. Part of the reason The Sims series has been successful, is because of the friendliness towards both.
When the most popular mods for your games are bug fixes, it tells a lot about the quality of it lol. On a different note: i would be 2000% on board for Spore 2 !!
You said that you "Can't do mods in online games" in a previous video. But that's wrong. In Farming Sim 22 and American Truck Sim, and Project Zomboid, you can have mods in online servers. Everyone has to download the mod pack before joining the server, however.
We want the details of S2, freedom of S3, and CAS of S4. I wish they'd learn that quality over quantity really is a lot better. Skyrim, Minecraft, Mario Kart, RuneScape, Super Mario there's so many examples of long-term payoff when you make a GOOD game rather than whatever tf they're doing.
I'm not sure I'd pick the CAS from 4 over 3's I remember in some ways being excited, but as soon as I actually opened it for myself the first time, I was severely disappointed. Maybe the distinction is to be made between the clothes in 4 and the CAS

after all the money and time ive spent on the sims 4 over the last decade, i cant see myself ever making the move from sims 4 to 5. i dont care for online multiplayer and dont think there's anything else that's big enough to make me want to move. i just hope they dont completely abandon the sims 4 and carry on making better, cheaper and FUNCTIONAL packs as well as doing MAJOR updates on the basegame and existing packs to make the game just a LITTLE bit closer to being worth the $100s that i and many others have paid for it.

I think it could be both. Project Renee was supposed to give us the option of whether or not we want multi-player, maybe one game is multiplayer and the other is for single player.
How it should be is people can still have their own worlds, build their own places and homes but then you can either visit other sims worlds and you know they're your online friends through a special app on the sim phone or just have one big special area for all sims to mingle and you can chose what members in your household will attend. Like events in the city living pack.
0:01 I was hoping you'd cover this. I saw another video a few days ago, but that video chalked it up to rumors from third parties or speculation from ex employees.
when games are created by true gamers who understand what a player wants, they tend to end better than some company that has been extremely stuck in a 20yo recipe which is the sims 4 issue they are stuck in a redundant recipe.
Maybe get a simtuber over here, or even a modder! These guys just know what we want. I've been wanting to see pre-teens BOOM ItzKatato or whatever their name was, they got hired my Maxis, and now Adeepindigo takes care of that mod. I've also been wanting mental things (specifically neutrodiversity (I can't spell lol)) which MANY modders have already done, but I want the REAL deal!!
Honestly, I’ve notice that recently lots of ‘game changers’ have been talking about the spin off sims games (cast away, sims 2 for DS etc.), I wouldn’t be surprised if it was something similar to that…
I can't be the only one saying this... they need to scrap Project Rene and pump everything they've got into TS4. Fixing bugs and providing more content for the price of packs is the only way they'll keep their fan base longterm.
From a money hungry standpoint sure. In the long term a TS5 game will be done whether you like it or not. TS4 came out unfinished and buggy with trash code. TS5 will hopefully learn through TS4 mistakes and include more things that were in the previous games. TS4 recent expansions help stall for things while they work on TS5. EA will take advantage of TS5 multiplayer and cross play. They’ll probably add some sort of micro-transactions and a new store area to buy expansions and stuff packs.
The only way to truly fix the Sims 4 would be to start over and rebuild. The game was very rushed after they scrapped the multiplayer idea and the base game is broken at its core. There’s only so much they could do, even if they were actually going to try
I think the Sims game I liked the best was The Sims 2. I just wish they would bring back the ability to add custom wallpaper and floring tiles. But I'm thinking we might see Elder Scrolls VI first.
As much as I have hope for the game, I seriously doubt that it won't just be another EA title. All of them are pay to play cash grabs... They are still a corporation about maximizing profits or you might be replaced as CEO Edit: As a programmer EA has some terrible programmers too, Also PUBG was a mod for DayZ that allowed br like how DayZ was a mod for Arma2
I wish all the dlc could be free. Just something as simple as "I want my sims to go for a summer vacation and stay in a nice home" requires a pack. Like if you want the money fine, but putting prices on the essentials is just bs.
for anyone wondering sims 5 / renee isnt cancelled theres employees on linkedin that still say there working on project renee and also new ones are still getting hired (thats what ive seen from multiple posts with links and proof)
i’d buy a deluxe type remastered game of the sims 2 or 3. All the packs that would be able to run smoothly on modern pcs with improved graphics + art style. A sims 5 though? Probably not as I have no hope after 10 years of never improving the sims 4
Woah, Dragon Age mention jumpscare 😅 I would personally love Dolores to be 5 instead of Renee and the latter be a spin off, and to see Sims get back to its roots. There has been a lack of spin offs for a while now where they used to have so many. EA had a realization recently that single player games DO have a place still, and with the mention of DA- the new game Veilguard in itself won't have ANY online features, after the OG plan was the same as Renee to be completely multiplayer online. So maybe there is a bit of a chance that (gasp) they MIGHT listen for once? 🤞🏻
@@ReaganGGaming0 I would love that, I used the preteen mod for 4 quite a bit, since I prefer to do family households. If nothing else I guarantee modders would have it sorted soon enough 😂
My theory: Project renee was intended to eventually replace TS4 as an online multiplayer version of the game. But between backlash and logistical issues of how it was running (the fact they’re scrapping it for the ps5 makes me think it’s incredibly broken and making it work on a different engine is not worth the money it’s gunna take) means they’re scaling back. Who knows if project Dolores is the next TS5, but here’s hoping they’ve learned from their mistakes.
They literally just need to remake Sims 2 in a modern light with the cool features from ts3 and graphics from ts4 and they'd be all set. Would that be a challenge? Yeah, no doubt. But after the disaster that is ts4, they need to make a huge leap in a positive direction and listen to what their players actually want. Sims 2 is the favorite for most of us, and a game like that is really all we want 😭

yes very true its dang criminal to still lock all EP"s behind a paywall since sims 2, but they should have instead removed it and made them all FREE TO DOWNLOAD for everyone. dang disgusting charging insane prices for content. they could have at least reduced price to 5-10 $/€. there are no reason for them to not doing it EA is billion dollar company worst and most greedy scumbag publisher ever. and Take 2 on second place.
Sick of being forced online for most games, more so single player games. When it comes to sims 5 I don't want forced multiplayer and it better be mod friendly
Fun Theory: Either Project Rene could be a build mode only app. It would run on your PC and Mobile. And it would work similar to the Spore Creature Creator game, where you build stuff or make sims and then can port them into your Sims 4 game. Thus vastly expanding the things you could do in build mode/CAS and allowing EA to make more money (via a store, battle-pass, etc.). Which I'm sure would be controversial in the fan base, but from a programing standpoint makes a lot of sense. Separating out mechanics make them work better and be more viable. Trying to cram everything into one game, makes for more glitches and higher limitations for comparability reasons.
I enjoy Spore but man it was such a huge freaking let down. They promised us all of this stuff and dumbed it down sooo much. I waited in line on release day for 4hrs to get Spore. That was my first lesson in not getting hyped for or bothering to pre-order a video game.
If they turn Sims into a live service, it WILL fail. Sims 4 and SimCity 2013 was originally meant to be an MMO. Luckily, SimCity was first and flopped completely when it was released so Maxis quickly changed their mind and reverted sims 4 to single player, which is why the game is so bare bones. This happened to the same company that said ‘Single player games are dead’ (EA not Maxis) and it satisfyingly bit the in the ass. I hope Project Renee is live service so the same happens again.
Sims needs to have a Switch version. If not this gen then at least for Switch 2. I’ve always wanted and I’m sure many players want a sims game on portable that is of the original game and not something that’s another story based on dumbed down version of the game as we’ve seen on the DS Systems.
It’s hard to tell for all we know Rene is an upcoming spin off, while Dolores is the real sims 5. Neither have much info as of yet. Still I think the sims 4 never should have lasted 10 years.
I dont understand why they can't make a life simulation and instead focus on this dumb stuff. It's not impressing fans and even more obviously not impressing their share holders. The thing that made 2 and 3 great was not only the open world but also especially with the sims 2 it arguably had a little bit of focus of mental health in a way with aspirations combined with wants and fears system.
The sims 5 probably does have an exclusive contract with Microsoft/XBOX, because Microsoft has a really good Gaming Cloud that you can host your games on. So most probably the PC version of The Sims 5 will run on this cloud, such that the game is also available on PC AND phones, and in return EA will only publish the sims 5 only on XBOX.
If the next Sims game isn't the Sims 2 remade with good graphics and CAS and build mode etc... i don't want it. Its realy that easy for them. BUT they wont do it. Because if they make it perfect, why do they need to make another sims game in the future? and EA want money.
I’m super worried about sims 5, online and multiplayer and pay to play would be very disappointing. It’s hard to imagine such a money hungry company would scrap project Renee after sinking multiple years of funding into it.
Wouldn't be surprised if they figured out a console version would perform badly. The console version of Cities Skylines 2 just got cancelled for that reason.
No amount of DLC will ever fix the core game. The whole programm has to be rewritten from scratch, but that is far too costly, so why not make Sims 5 instead?
@@nsbm159the only issue with this is they neglected the sims 3 on fixes or because it couldn’t be fixed and moved on to the sims 4 and the same thing has happened. So why do we think the sims 5 would be any different? Doing the same thing just produces the same results. No?
@@Sayitaintso223 That's not really true the sims 4 is more polished and optimized than the sims 3. The sims 4s problem is you can't make a game that runs on millions of Pcs and not expect to run into any problems. There is a reason why most other game companies focus medium-high end PCs you can't prioritize the lowest common denominator and expect it to run well. This why the sims 4 gets problems with every update because they spend so much time optimizing the update game for people with potato PCs, instead of fixing the bugs.

I feel like it could work, if EA did it right and patched bugs as they come so they don't snowball and end up making new stuff not work ughh
I don't mind it being unconfirmed so long as it's actually being designed primarily as a solo PC. Not being worked on as a cross-platform iteration before the main version is done should be the norm for companies - it's not like it's already released and they're adding an installment lol
But imo, despite TS4 as a game being a disgrace to the franchise, it's a type of learning curve for EA.
Oh NO! Anyway... Given everything we knew about it, good riddance. 2024+ doesn't need another cash grab.
LMAO the top gear reference 😂❤
Exactly and honestly, i'm fine with the sims 4. I spent way too many hours on it, got too involved with my own storytelling, spent too much time CC shopping and rebuilding every world to my liking just to throw it all away for a brand new game. Maybe it's just me

They won't fix sims 4 they rather keep bringing out packs with bugs and glitches sims 4 is destroyed and Sims 5 will probably be the same way broken

I have a theory that Project Rene is going to be 'Sims Forever', a metaverse/online sort of thing (hence, running alongside Sims 4 and not being confirmed at Sims 5) Think about it, in Sims 2, you could play The Sims 3 on a computer, in Sims 3 you could play SimCity, in Sims 4, one of the first games you can play is 'The Sims Forever'
On a sidenote, if Project Deloris was something similar to The Sims Stories or The Sims Medieval, that might be cool too
Did they announce Rene too soon back in 2022? It starts to feel like they made a blunder when they announced it in the first place. Not many studios announce big titles early like this.
Maybe they did it for damage control?

And it will run alongside The Sims 4 until Project Dolores comes. Then Project Dolores will be The Sims 5 which again will be worse then The Sims 4. @@bonbonvegabon there absolutely is a need for The Sims 5 at the very least - but only so long as they create a game that aligns with what the community wants, which I just don’t feel confident they will do. The Sims 4 has disappointed lifelong fans time and time again from the moment it launched, but I can appreciate that some people do enjoy and love it
here’s my theory:
sims 4 was intended to be some kind of sims online 2, but because sims city 2013 online features flopped so hard they canceled so2 and turned it into the 4th sims game. (this isn’t anything new, the whole community basically knows sims 4 is project olympus)
i feel like there’s 2 ways this could go:
project rene IS the sims 5, but they’re gonna have animal crossing/minecraft realms like multiplayer features, with roblox’s robux and player made “cc”. (if you remember them being very interested in capitalizing on cc) i also think they’re gonna do the dlc very differently but honestly in a better way. i.e. they’d have base packs like restaurants base game so other dlc could use it instead of 50 damn food stalls.
OR:
project rene is them continuing the idea of a sims online 2 (hense why sims 4 is gonna run alongside it) and project dolores will be the sims 5 but MANY MANY MANY years down the line.
i’m more inclined to believe the first one but this is just throwing out ideas for conversation
in New Zealand, the expansion packs started off at 60 dollars, but after getting a lot of backlash, they changed it to 50. but only for PC, on console, its still at 60 dollars for about half an hour of game play. even on sale the packs are just too expensive for us.
considering how early in development it is, this also could mean they won't make it before the new console generation comes out and they might aswell release it on next gen, though a game like The Sims doesn't strike me as a software that needs a really powerful machine, especially at the beginning, but maybe they're futureproofing it to avoid having to always adapt each new pack (and the game itself) to the current gen systems, especially considering they'd of course have to adapt it to Series S which is about as powerful as a high end PS4/Xbox One and it's the reason why so few games this generation have failed to deliver on the promise of 60FPS as an industry standard.
Lots of other online, multiplayer games have mods though.
Mods and CC have been a thing since The Sims 1. Killing them, would be like the Titanic hitting the iceberg.
@@thesimslover82884If rockstar had the stupidity to do it with their GTA franchise, what makes you think that EA would not also do the same?
Same with Stardew Valley for the co-op farm!
Notice how those games don't have greedy EA share holders breathing down their necks.
in paradox games like EU4 you can as well but it's clunky
Minecraft is probably the biggest example of that, too.
Conan Exiles, 7 Days to Die. There's lots of multiplayer games with mods and various mod systems (steam workshop, etc)

These projects releasing “alongside” the sims 4 gives me a bad feeling

There has been a lack of spin offs for a while now where they used to have so many. EA had a realization recently that single player games DO have a place still, and with the mention of DA- the new game Veilguard in itself won't have ANY online features, after the OG plan was the same as Renee to be completely multiplayer online.
Everything I've seen of TS5 suggests it'll be a mobile phone version. Maybe Delores is the PC version.
Interesting theory, let's get Game Theory or Matt Pat over here
If they turn Sims into a live service, it WILL fail.
I am still playing TS2 and TS3. They are still perfect.
Spore 2 would be lit!
Well, EA is known as a low pay high stress environment, and I'm sure the Maxis division is no exception. That causes high turnover rates.

With all the modders and CC creators, they’re basically doing the work for maxis and EA at this point if they do cancel sims 5 😂
Wouldn't be surprised if they figured out a console version would perform badly. The console version of Cities Skylines 2 just got cancelled for that reason.
Cancel Sims 5, Fix sims 4?
Hahaha wishful thinking
Sims 4 can't be fixed. They should just move on to the sims 5 and not create a game that is designed to run on every PC
The show must go on
They should get back into spinoffs like Castaway and Urbz
Love you Satch
i got a phone notification about this and i didnt know if it was true please no. we need a sims 5 fresh slate. sims 4 is too far gone😂❤
The dichotomy between “Roblox players making their owns games” to “CS GO selling their loot box gun skins online” is SO funny to me
God, I loveee spore but seeing how sims 4 is being run it scares me that they will mess up spore up. that's if they do make spore 2...
I play the Sims 4 offline and it works perfectly fine however I will not be buying Sims 5 because of it being online.... Us here in the developing world cannot afford WiFi and data is very expensive so I don't see how we are going to play the Sims 5 and honestly it's sad that people will be left behind because EA only cares about online
They did mention it would be optionally online, not only online.
I've always loved the Sims 3, but hated the store because it was so expensive
however those de-crapped store files mayy or may not be easy to find nowadays 🤭
