Modern airlines still do have wing sweep.
I have a very limited understanding of aerodynamics but I will give explaining it a try.
Essentially, when airflow becomes supersonic, it forms a shock cone and airflow separates behind it causing drag and a loss of lift.
Even though airliners do not fly at supersonic speeds, the airflow accelerated over the wing can reach supersonic speeds.
However, the velocity of the airflow that determines shock cone formation is determined by the component that is perpendicular to the quarter chord line which is basically the leading edge for simplicity.
If we had straight wings, that would just be the velocity of the airflow.
However, if we have wing sweep, it is now the sideways component of the velocity of the airflow that determines shock cone formation which is smaller.
Therefore the aircraft can fly faster before shock cones form.

i think i know it: because of sweep wing the COL and COM will go backwards so the wings need to be put a bit to the front but again it will be disbalanced at takeoff and landing , and because commercial planes have engines on the wings, so the plane will tear apart so the whole plane needs to be modified and its not easy

You mean variable sweep wing. All modern aircraft have sweep wings, as the angle from fuselage to wingtip is greater than 0
