That same shared unit, 1 bed/1 bath for $995 is now $1400, 1 year difference.

Truth be known....it was most likely at $1200-$1400 when he posted this video.

Hey Levi, thanks for getting out the video about renting, this was one I was REALLY looking forward too. And I liked the info you went over, this was helpful as gel lto here, especially by a local!
Also I didn't know you could do first time home owner thing every three years. I thought it was only once in a life time. So that's great to know!

Rent out there is pretty high! We are about to move and have to rent for now because we really want to explore neighborhoods and such ourselves before buying.

    Hello, Levi!
I’m interested your point of view.
If you look at Zillow, almost all apartments have a low school rating. For other states, this is an important factor when choosing a neighborhood. How important is this for Pensacola?

Definitely important, especially if you have kids of course. Different zip codes certainly change the school ratings. I highly suggest doing a little research! Some people choose to enroll their kids in private schools so they can live anywhere. Also sometimes we get clients who choose to live in Gulf Breeze or Pace for the better school zones (a little further away). Hope that helps! All the best.

Hi Levi. I'm planning to relocate to Pensacola starting April, I'll rent a couple of months, but my plan is to buy a small house, just for me and my wife. I'll need a realtor who represents me. I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

Tell them about the 1 shooting every day and 1 murder every week.
