      @@SWF734Caleb Williams didn’t play with a bunch of 5 stars unlike Fields. he had to work with his receivers and only has one current NFL player he’s worked with on offense and that’s Jordan Addison

    @3:08 I was gobsmacked by Anthony Richardson's long throws at the combine last year, did not expect to see someone out throw him by 10 yards this year.

      Milton definitely has the arm. I think he’s got problems with timing and finesse which can be fixed. Hell either be a huge steal, or someone will draft him too high cause he reminds them of Josh Allen

      ​@@HablonoenlglesI like Milton when he first.got to Michigan but he has trouble reading defenses, and.making.the ball.catchable. He would routinely overthrow receivers. Also, he doesn't have the smarts needed for this position. Kid does have a grea cannon arm. Wish him well but I don't think he will do well in the NFL

      @@louofm1 I wouldn't be surprised if Harbaugh grabs him again. His accuracy problems are overblown, he got much better at Tennessee. His biggest problem now is his decision-making. He cost us in some pretty big moments this past season making the wrong decision.

      fax that throw at 3:36 surprised me at how fast he let go of it compared to the other qbs. surprised me in a good way , it was a great throw. thats how this drill should be done IMO put like a 3 second timer.

      Big time interested in where Rattler lands and where Milton goes to. That huge arm on Milton has to find a home, but it has to be somewhere he sits and learns quarterbacking

    Vid Blue? Dude you're bringing back some GOOD MEMORIES!! I'm from the Bay Area. The Oakland A's were HOT back in the 70s. World Series 74 was so much fun live!! I lived in Sacramento that year. My dad drove ask the way to my house from Oakland so he could take us to one of the games in the Series. Great bonding time. I miss him❤

    They should have taken away all the invitations from players not working out and give it to the next person trying to prove themselves.
    There is ZERO point in inviting players that don’t want to perform

      None of these workouts actually translate to the game for QBs though, no pads already make these events irrelevant, this is entertainment and a chance for the lower stock guys to show themselves off

      @@learn2xpand862 ok and? Still doesn’t mean a top pick refusing to workout should be there. He’s just taking up a spot.
      To me it does show you things. It shows you who’s in the gym working and then you see how athletic they are and how they throw the ball.
      Some of these guys NEVER throw it deep. This is probably the first time we see that Bo indeed has a limp deep ball. He can’t make a deep throw consistently and throws it early

      being there is what matters. players talk to teams, gms, scouts, etc. which is why even if they don't participate in the combine most the big names still show up. @@kevinarzola4781

    Outside the top 3 QBs (who didn't participate), the most impressive to me was someone I hadn't thought much about coming in, and that was Joe Milton. But still there are several starting to potential Pro Bowl-level QBs here, though that really depends where they land and who's coaching/developing them (going to the Jets for example means they're screwed lol).

    Dev Leary has great footwork. His three step footwork is really ideal.
    Jj looks smooth and in tempo, but drops while watching the route develop. Should drop straight like Leary
    Bo looks good, good footwork, but intermediates look slow In my opinion. He looks just smooth throughout, he’s a baller.
    Think the quarterback class could be a lot better then people think
    Caleb and Drake not throwing is annoying, I personally think Caleb has health issues. He was worried about everyone seeing his medical chart and isn’t throwing. It’s weird.

    Andy Reid said he drafted Mahomes because of his mind. Most of these QBs throw the ball well without being pressured or there's only 1 route like the combine. That's why NFL coaches are skipping the combine, it doesn't show football iq, emotional maturity, desire to succeed.

      It’s been documented Mahomes wasn’t taught to read defenses in college. Didn’t do well on the board. What made him valuable was his ability to create out of rhythm, which he’s done since high school if you watch the film. So idk about all that lol

      What you just said can be coached up and developed in the NFL. He played much better in his time with Tennessee. What you can’t coach and change is his Rocket arm and natural and elite athletic ability for the quarterback position.

      @@krumbleme2 Depends on if DJ can return to what he was in 2022 and develop like he was supposed to. I think with a proper running offense DJ can be good, unfortunately he’s so injury prone that I am ready to move on if I don’t see serious improvement next year.
      So I would take a JJ McCarthy and assume he would be the starter next year for us. But honestly I don’t think will draft him, and as long as we draft good players I’m fine with it. But I do like him a lot as a prospect.

      @@Kiethlmao Lol! Having Milton behind Rogers may be the difference. He wouldn’t be a first rounder so Rogers would see his team membership differently than he viewed Jordan Love being drafted. Plus Rogers knows his career is winding down.

      @@Weezyfromdaraqdoesn’t matter. I watched his games at the University of Auburn and Oregon. He is a systems QB. Most Oregon QB doesn’t pan out in the NFL. Only name that’s legit is HOF Dan Fout, and Justin Herbert. Oregon is a stack football team year in year out. I wouldn’t waste my 1st Rd pick on Nix. He is a day 2 or 3 prospect. Trust me on this.

    Commanders fans We have a few options … 1.) draft a QB (preferably Jayden daniels ). 2.) trade for just fields and possibly still keep the # 2 pick but a player would from us would be in that deal .. 3.) trade the #2 pick to trade down to acquire multi draft picks , let’s say get Chicago #9 pick to get a lineman and get a few more second rounds picks to get bonix or Jj Maccarthy to compete with Howell in preaseason …. Or just just keep howell an get him lineman through draft and free agency…. And let’s not forget cover linebackers ! How does those options sound ????

    The combine is a poor predictor of QB readiness for the NFL.
    It makes no sense for QBs to participate in the combine.

      el "combine" es solamente una parte de las evaluaciones. Tambien hacen entrevistas con los jugadores, entrevistas con sus entrenadores y compañeros de universidad. Pero la parte mas importante es el "tape" de como jugaron en la universidad. En general pasan 3/4 años jugando en la universidad antes de ir a la NFL y los videos de sus juegos durante esos 3/4 años son los que tienen mas peso en la calificacion.

    Bo Nix is my guy. I think he's the best in the draft. None including Nix are ready to be a starter. Mid season, different story. Maye doesn't belong in round one.

      Footwork accuracy Milton has the worst I've ever seen give him 2 years all coaching him up and he will be an assassin if he applying himself to being that guy. The hard part is finding out how much you love football. Are they Peyton Manning or JaMarcus Russell level of love for football.

    Still don’t get the hype behind Drake, dukes qb played better than him last season. The fact that JJ McCarthy is even being discussed as a top pick is ridiculous. I’m curious to see the upside for Bo as he’s come a long way and how teams will weigh the previous injuries Penix has suffered in college.
