    Totally agree with this, never stereo type people. Yeah I agree everyone has flaws. Doesn't mean they are a bad person. Should always concentrate on their strengths. Someone can damage someone's character just on one negative aspect of that person. Moral is never judge someone. 💗💪✌️

    Sir, if evaluator got first bad impression from the first page of answer sheet and he concludes that the entire paper (all the answers are) is not good, then it is Halo effect or horn effect sir.
