Woohh DRS on guitar, sheesh! Awesome !😮 actually Copey has made loadsve realky amazing albums even in recent years, without this greatest line up 😊 e.g. England Expectorates, , 20 Mothers, Psychedelic Revolution..
@@jasonsh01 Ok... I went to a fantastic gig during the Peggy Suicide tour at Liverpool Poly (now John Moores Uni) - it had a great vibe and Julian was brilliant. I think I found some footage from possibly the same gig (not sure coz I think he may have done too consecutive nights there) on youtube..This looked similar - same era....:)
@@raycroal Sorry Dude... If it says Dome its either not 1991 (it is 1991 and the Peggy Suicide tour though because Roosters Floor Tom says so) or it's Brighton because Julian played The Fridge on that tour I had a tour pass for that one but I missed some dates and I didn't do Coventry, Bristol or Glasgow but I was at the Fridge on both nights. Don't remember any filming so it has to be Brighton. I'm over 6ft and would place myself near Donald's bin or the vocal bin and I'm not in any of the audience pans. :)
@@simonirvine2174 ive really no idea mate but if you look behind the guitarists back at 2.50 you ssee the word dome and there are two bits with the dome word which makes me think the people who are saying its the dome must be right
@@raycroal Indeed regarding the word Dome behind Donald but Brighton Dome would be my educated guess on this as I know for a nailed on fact that the two Brixton dates were both at the Fridge and not the much larger Academy which I don't think he's ever played.
Genius most understated underrated Uk songsmith of all times.
Yes Indeed!!!
Phenomenal performance. Really spot on. Julian Cope, you're insane
Awesome live 5 stars...and a heart ❤

lalways loved this , a great version , a great song , a great album that changed my life i love julian 🖤❤️
Peak Cope.
Very good performance of this song. Not easy to so faithfully replicate songs as technical as the ones on "Peggy Suicide"
I saw this tour, on my own, aged 19. it was awesome
also Rooster's firebird double neck rocks
That’s DRS. Rooster pounding the skins. RIP, crazy dude. :-(
@@wrenella Sad times that Rooster has passed. Tim Bran (of Gwernsey) on Bass there.
Acid reigns
Holy sheet mon!
Great performance ! Peggy Suicide is awesome
Brilliant!
This song reminds little bit of the fall
Classic Cope
Amazing. Thanks for uploading. This is 1991.
para mí está claro que Peggys suicide es uno de los mejores discos rock de la historia.
Awesome!
Good song
Good Christ, if only I was there
I was...great memories!!
Brilliant! As Great as “Ît”Gets!!! ❤️❤️❤️, dtf
The man myth legend
nice performance all :)
Nice upload,Magus, but this is from 1991 around the time of "Peggy Suicide" album release.
killer!
I'm in the crowd. It was definitely London, and I think the Dome.
London dates were two nights at The Fridge 22nd and 23rd May.
The National Club, Kilburn
@@simonirvine2174 This wasn't part of the tour.
Where? I may be in that crowd somewhere if it's in Liverpool....
Brighton Dome it seems
The National, Kilburn, London for the channel 4 tv show “Friday at the Dome”

@@lesleycurtis-brown6643 Brilliant stuff. Great times...
the very same
Nah it's Brixton at the Dome I think...
If It's Brixton it would have been The Fridge. Looks like Manchester Academy to Me.
@@simonirvine2174 it says dome behind the stage

Weird people in the audience, jumping up and down and having a great time instead of looking at a mobile phone.
