Yes sir 30 days away from the family is a long stretch. staying mentally strong and focused takes it's toll sometimes. but much respect to you your doing what you have to do. Roll easy roll safe. Peace 🇺🇲
I drive by the Guntersville feed mill every day. Look at the truck parking lot and finally saw your truck parked waiting on a load. Maybe one day I can drop by and meet you. Doing great with the videos. Be safe stay healthy!
Respect going out to you. You were very true when you stated " not the first nor the last to stay out there earning ". You can look back at Pops or ask him how long we used to stay out. In the 90's it was 6 to 8 weeks min. It hardens your soul when you adjust to it or thickens your skin. I was at a point when I parked trucks that I was out 4 to 6 months at a time.... my kid was an adult and I just moved freight and banked the $. You got this and just need to find the correct time out V$ Family time. We also used to get paid bank for a load going down to FL knowing the return rate was going to suck. That was then and this is now.... Plea$e dig deep for the power to earn your way thru this. It will suck about every 5 years in trucking.
Bro I understand that you want to provide but have you thought about relocating to be able to get home more since your money lanes are mostly out of state
Mr. Brother it breaks my heart to see you away from your family like that, but at the same time you have to do what you have to do, I know it's rough out there, and I know it's rough being away from your family my brother, I'm with you 100% in doing what you have to do, I feel where you are coming from, be safe and careful and take care my brother, I want you in one peace so you can get back home to your family. Mike from Mississippi.
I guess I don’t follow the logic for the reefer setpoint example you gave. What’s the disadvantage to just setting it to the desired temp and letting it run? Man you run all over creation. Doesn’t it get old passing through so many places and never getting to experience them with your fam? I couldn’t do it like y’all do. Hope you make some $.
You'll never get that time back. In my opinion, money isn't that important. Figure out another way to be with your family. They need you more than money.
👍🏾
It takes a real Man to do what you are doing for your family you keep up the awesome job 👍.
