My senior year my boyfriend/my now fiancé didn’t want to go because the whole paper work we had to do and he already graduated so he wanted me to just have fun with my friends so I went with one of my close friend so I promposed to her and drove there with other friends in one car. When it was time to leave this guy friend offered to drive us home who I’ve known since middle school and I was the last one to be dropped off and the vibe was weird when I got dropped off like he wanted to kiss me and I QUICKLY got out the car lmao 🤣 he knew my boyfriend so idk idk it was weird
I never went to prom. My parents put me in a private christian school, and the prom admin said all girls had to wear dresses and you cant go in same sex couples/groups. Im queer and non binary, so i just stayed home. :/ I dont regret staying home, but i regret that i wasnt put in public school.
My prom story is that I didn’t go because I went to an all girls catholic school where you weren’t allowed to go unless a boy asked you and I was a deeply closeted homosexual. So fun!

He then went on to become a teen dad and a convicted felon after blowing up a car with his friend. Safe to say I dodged a bullet. This was 2012 and up until 2021 he continually would find me on different social media platforms and try to hit me up as if I would be desperate enough to get with him Lmao.
At my after prom party I took out all my extensions and told everyone to watch out for my rat tail, but I slept in a full face of makeup with lashes and gems so they didn’t see me without makeup?

Then the audacity … on the way there he was like “I’m getting motion sickness” on the bus. So I was like “ummmm our prom is on a ship in the ocean are you gonna be okay??” He was like “idk 😰🤢”
THEN our bus arrives last, dinner is done and cleaned up and he never even danced with me. -2/10. The highlight is I danced with some other guys and my friends while he was bald and sitting sick in the corner.
I never went to a hs dance but still had limo experiences and what not so I dont feel like I missed much (other than smelling everyone’s BO lmao ill gladly pass)
