- Hello friends, this is 64 LED chaser also night led light effects. Here i used 4 nos shift resistor and one Arduino to control 64 led with 32 channel means two led works as a single led.

It's usually not a good idea to hook up LEDs directly in parallel. They won't be perfectly matched so one could take over the other. I'd say have the two in series instead but with a 5v supply, you're voltage is probably just under what you need for the voltage drop of the LEDs in series.
Use a socket for your Nano in case you need to replace it or make any changes, like reprogramming the sequence.
You could also route the USB data leads from the socket to the Nano so you can in-circuit program it.
Lastly, don't glue the back shut. Find some other way to secure it, such as screws or velcro.
