Demonstrating the Lab Spiral Separator!

Spiral Separators use gravity and centrifugal force in the separation process. The seed is feed into the top of the machine, as the seed gains speed rolling down the inner flights the round seeds will roll off and the non-round foreign materials will continue down on the inner flight being discharged at the bottom of the machine. There are two discharge chute located at the bottom of the machine, one of the discharge points is the round seed and the other discharge point is the non-round materials.
