I'm so glad YT finally threw you onto my feed. I'm overjoyed to see another fretless player who uses round wounds. They sing and growl like flats and teflons never will. And to top it all off, I was looking at that bass a year ago and wondered how it sounded.

czarpaul01 thank you! honestly I keep very few on hand and just buy and sell them a lot. It’s a lot of fun, every instrument has its own secrets to reveal.
Damian Coccio interesting I tend to hang on to mine and am up to 11 lol, I have a patient wife. I generally buy used since it is so much cheaper for boutique instruments.
The nice thing about a 5 string is you can use it like normal with the low B string or add the high C like a 6 string and tune it EADGC and leave the low string out for a higher register. A lot of these bass musicians do that

Thank you, this bass has all stock F bass pickups and preamp.
