I had my first blockage last Saturday. i was in the hospital and they gave me medicine to stop my output, I now know how painful it gets, love your videos. thank you so much.
Sorry to hear this but glad the hospital could help! Thank you so much for your comments and support- I really appreciate it!
I haven't seen a video from you for quite a long time. I hope and pray everything is OK. You've been a true God send and I can't thank you enough!
People watching you would likely be in extreme pain, surely they could’ve been a way for you to not only increases volume but move this along…
I get a lot of times when everything just stops no bow sounds no movement no out put nothing you feel full crappy sick
When you say "blockage" do you mean constipation? I'm in America and am wondering if you guys say blockage and we say constipation
Great question. Sadly no answer
Basically the same thing but **SO, MUCH,WORSE*!*
I was wondering the same thing. A lot of the symptoms could be constipation which is not uncommon with ostomates. I’ve been to ER half a dozen times thinking I had a blockage only to find after X-rays and CT scans that it was constipation.
@@RonsonDalby What was your constipation like? My elderly mom, with a stoma & parastomal hernia, has only been passing watery stool (had nausea & headache on day 1 & 2)… on day three we went to ER. They said it was constipation & to drink Magnesium citrate, and that you can still eat normal food. Well, my mom is now on day 5 and the stool is still watery and only released in small amounts. I’m very concerned, while docs/nurses we’ve talked to seem to think we should play the waiting game and see if it thickens.
Literally….
Had a colostomy 23 years ago and never had a blockage is that not normal or just luck?
No. It’s not luck…. It’s normally user error….. chewing…. Keeping mouth shut when chewing… not drinking while eating… not eating peas sweetcorn… nuts…. Skin.. red meat….
hlo madam from Nepal colostomy pessant already
