I really liked the tundra color. I don’t believe I ever saw wooden hooks before, but they are so pretty! I wonder what color “mahhh-va-lus” is??
I wonder if the difference in the head and shafts of my furls hooks are the reasons for why I'm having trouble using them. Thank you so much for the comparison. I didn't even realize there was a difference! 😆 Now I just need to wait for an odyssey restock.
There’s a big difference and I love my old hooks but honestly the new hooks are a dream.
The yarn is reminiscent of Caron simply soft
Sort of but it sticks better. In my opinion simply soft is too slippery when you try to sew in tails but this seems to work a little better. And the feel is slightly more silky than Caron Simply Soft. But again, that’s just my opinion.
I don't understand paying as much for one hook as I can get a five -hook set of Prym hooks. Can you explain why people love Furls enough to pay so much? What makes them worth it?
Sure. I can explain why in an upcoming video. It’s a bit of a lengthy explanation.
For me the hook is extremely comfortable to hold. The shaft "nickel plating" is super smooth which makes it easier for the yarn to glide. I can crochet for hours with no hand cramps. The hook fits so well in your hand.
