Very comfortable camping. We never had such luxuries when I was little and we went camping - it would have been soo much more enjoyable. Chester is a good boy. Have you ever made Hobo's? Hamburger brick with sliced potatoes, carrots, onions, and A1 steak sauce wrapped in tin foil you throw in the campfire to cook. Simple & delicious. 10/10 IMO. Looking forward to the next episode.

WTF? No Chester cam ? Major bummer!!! That did look like a cool spot to camp...that wooden floor had to make the tent work really well. That couch is for sure a buy with that size tent...you've fine tuned your setup pretty well.

I highly recommend next time you make chimichurri use cilantro instead of parsley. I tend to be turned off by the bitterness of parsley but am a diehard fan of cilantro chimichurri.

Greetings from the Fraser Valley of BC where we are in the middle of getting 250 mm of rain in 24 hours, accompanied by thunder and lightning from the wee hours of the morning until about 3pm today, the 23rd.
We have a lot of loons here in Northern WI they are one of my favorite birds. So peaceful and calming.
Meat is cooked PERFECT!👌🏻

If bear like garlic, I've been lucky they haven't found my bed where I grow it in northern Michigan. Get a dutch oven for big chunks of meat, really good for pot roast on a campfire
I would have cooked that steak 5 min. per side. I'd prefer about a 1/4" of pink not 1/2 " Although everyone's preference is different.

There is a foam wrap around that you can get for the GoPro. That way if it ever falls off in the water it'll flow it back to the surface. They're really cheap cuz they're like eight bucks. It's worth getting
I’m a big Chester fan and so is my Black Lab Shelby who watches too. I think she’s got a thing for Chester. She watches Nikki Delventhal videos for her dog Camper. But I think she’s knows Chester is a Lab like her.😅

You all have really introduced me to this brand of tent.. I did, however, notice that the main cross pillar at 22:27 seemed to be bending. Is that pretty normal with that tent? Do you find your tent losing some air after a nights sleep? Great video. Thanks

I knew that steak was going to be very blue. It was still raw, even for me. That being said, you don't need an oven, just a pan with a cover that you can use on a propane grill. It's like an oven. You just have to be willing to play the game. After you sear it on both sides, you play a game with the steak, on the heat and off the heat. You can do it with a portable single-burner. A steak that size? You just flip it every two minutes. Take it off the heat for 2 minutes and flip it over. Put it back on the heat for two minutes. Only remove the cover when you are flipping the steaks. Repeat the process. Get a probe thermometer. Don't be a hero. Take it off at 124. You will be happy,

A steak that thick needs to be constantly flipped until and internal temp of 120° for the perfect medium rare bud 🤙
