Such a brilliant concept. And you have high production values. It's a job just to light the sets. Plus your camera work, choosing the angles from which to film, is perfect. I'm in awe of your work. The shaking of the camera in the opening teaser had me in tears! Long live Mego Star Trek! Your Nomad creation is perfect! Nomad moves better here than in the original! Genius!

Another great video sir well done! I must say captain Kirk is undefeated when it comes to S.I.D ( Self Induced Destruction) or rather talking an advanced computer to death LOL! According to memory Alpha The Return of The Archons, I Mudd, This episode The Changeling and The Ultimate Computer episodes Kirk is 4-0 against alien and manmade computers.
He also talks beings into voluntary compliance, too, a la The Omega Glory. I wish he was around to talk my 8th grade English teacher off a cliff.

@@hoosez I'm not certain that episode counts. Due to the fact that Spock arrived at the last minute to disable the system that was controlling Lorisa rather than Kirk using the SID method. I was only referring to episodes where Kirk without any outside assistance managed to pull off his SID magic trick. Although Kirk's constant inquiries to Lorisa about why she was trying to kill them did buy he and the landing party valuable time and extended their survival until Spock's arrival. That was one of my favorite episodes from season 3. That would make a nice Mego Star Trek episode.
Spock: "The target absorbed the full energy of our torpedo."
Kirk: "AbSORbed? What ...could have absorbed that much energy?!"
Spock: "Well, OUR OWN SHIELDS, which I just told you absorbed the equivalent of NINETY photo torpedos, yet are still at 80%. Do you actually LISTEN to me, Captain...?"

@@g.i.joethelostchronicles6807 been repairing gun slings, broken pick axe's, snow shoes straps and please ski's straps working on completing my search for the abominable snowman set all most got it completed missing gloves, create black lid orange bottom, green inside sled, green goggles , my ski pole in are broken missing comic book these things are what I missing I got it for Christmas when I was 8 or 9 years old from my grandparents lol

Actually better pacing than the original. Lived it! Made the episode more enjoyable to watch and wait through. I agree Roy Kirk was really funny to see and breaking the 4th wall at the end was a perfect way to get the joke across. Well done!

Outstanding work as usual! This wasn’t a favorite episode but it had many outstanding visuals that make it still one of the most memorable episodes. I loved your Nomad prop😂, did you 3-D print it? My favorite scene was the security guard sequence, I was really looking forward to seeing how you would make it… you nailed it! Loved how you made the blue sparkle effect of Nomad’s ending.
I understand you had to do some serious trimming of the story to make it fit your running length--guard 2, the whole Uhura subplot, the Scotty subplot, and Kirk’s ‘my son, the doctor’ scene.
Brilliant, thank you, and I eagerly await the next episode!
Nomad is 3D printed. I really wanted to add those scenes, but I was already at the 10 min mark. The only draw back of condensing an hour episode to 10 min... LoL!!! I really appreciate your comments my friend!!!🙏🙏🙏
Excellent job! The only thing missing is when Kirk turns to the camera after Nomad explodes and says, "It's that damn chicken!" (It's in the blooper reel. The turn to the camera is edited out in the enhanced CGI version.)

She is a modern MEGO Uhura. Not as good as the vintage, but she's spendy to buy. My Kirk & Bones are vintage.
