Hi all, If you convert the hard drive where the OS (Windows) is installed, it's may not boot normally, so keep in mind with this converter you can convert without losing data, but the bootable files will be crashed. For example, if you have Windows on C: drive and you convert it to GPT your Windows doesn't boot normally. Convert MBR disc to GPT disc saves your data but not your system boot record. There is no problem if you do conversions on data disks!
@@dribibubu7824 I don't understand the question, what do you mean by "the windows disk of my computer is already UEFI"??? you mean Installation disk or..? Please read Pinned comment carefully 👀 Any way you can make a Windows backup, Go to Cpanel, then Backup and Restore (Windows 7), and Create a system image, save it on the second hard drive, if you have, if not, save it on USB. then convert the Disk in GPT and restore your backup.

Thank you so much. You saved me having to reinstall Windows 11. I was able to convert NVME which had Windows 11 installed on it, from MBR to GPT using the application in this video. I had the EFI partition (Windows boot files are stored here for booting into Windows 11) on a separate SSD, which I needed to repurpose on another old PC, hence needing to convert the NVME to GPT first so that I can create an EFI partition on the NVME drive. After converting the NVME to GPT, however, Windows 11 failed to boot. Lucky for me I had already prepared a Windows 11 USB stick, so I inserted that, booted to the USB stick, then opened up Command Prompt (CMD) and used these commands I found on tenforums to create EFI partition on the NVME and copy the boot files to it so I can boot back into the Windows 11 on the NVME: - Boot the computer using the Windows 7/8/8.1/10 installation media. - On the first screen, press SHIFT+F10 to bring up the command prompt. - Run the following commands at the command prompt. diskpart list disk select disk # Note: Select the disk where you want to add the EFI System partition. list partition select partition # Note: Select the Windows OS partition (# number) or your data partition. shrink desired=100 create partition efi size=100 format quick fs=fat32 assign letter=s list partition list volume Note: Note the volume letter where the Windows OS is installed. exit bcdboot X:\windows /s S: Note: Replace "X" with the volume letter of the Windows OS partition. BCDBoot copies the boot files from the Windows partition to the EFI System partition and creates the BCD store in the same partition. Remove the Windows installation media and restart the computer into your BIOS settings and set the SSD as the First Boot Device. I hope this helps someone :)

Hi, just a question. I click on the things like you at 4:40, but for convert from GPT to MBR. But, i have two slots, one where there is a MSR type and not NTFS. And i think because of this I cannot convert to MBR. What can I do please? The error showed is : "Can not convert the partition table to MBR style.(20000149). Partition can not exist on MBR disk."
Actually we can just convert without any tool, because Windows has this utility like mbr2gpt but if you are a non-tech person tend to use third-party tool you can use Aomei this one is really professional.
Thanks pal, worked for me on a Windows 10 server. One thing to call out though that happened to me; I had a partition on my disk (F:) and it got renamed to E: so that's something to be mindful of if you have any dependencies on that drive being named a certain way
