Can we all just talk about how none of us realized this was a song about purple guy shooting himself based off fear, trauma, stress and hallucinations until we went back to this song for Nostalgia and realized what it was actually about?
I remember this being one of my favorite fnaf songs as a kid and I never realized it was literally about suicide from the stress, the mindbreak, and the looming threat of an inevitable death. Nowadays I rewatch the video and for some reason it fills me with an overwhelming dread to see purple guy pointing a gun to his head (especially since during the time, I was in the rebornica circle, and to me "vincent" was just some silly little dude who loved toast and was afraid of needles💀). Either way, despite the dark themes this song overwhelms me with happy nostalgia; i really miss the old fnaf days
Sameee, though it doesn't fill me with much dread at the gun part. I absolutely loved this song as a kid and I learned to associate the gun with the part I liked the best 💀😭. I also don't think my little young stupid brain saw the purple guy and Vincent as one. I still freakin love this song tho.

I agree, but as a rus guy i think that russian version sounds better because it feels more finished and as if all the pieces match altogether, while hearing this version didn't give me the same feeling down my spine and soul. I'm very glad that i got to know english through songs and most of them are masterpieces compared to russian dubs, but if you hear me out, only FNaF rus dubs overwhelm me because they manage to improve a song even better - for example this song and the one we get by searching "Фнаф 4 песня" in youtube

@@Shattered_Spirit as for the fact that not everyone familiar with russian, i know, but what's the problem? Years ago i didn't understand a single lyric in 80% of the songs but i still appreciated them, and when i got to know russian, and then english, i discovered boundless satisfaction from understanding things i like more deeply, when the whole picture of mysterious pieces finally match each other and make a significance i couldn't notice before. Russian is my 2nd and english is my 3rd, and if i had to, i can always start learning japanese. In the end, i still believe that outstanding dubs are also worth notice, the best example is Vaas from Far Cry 3 in russian dub. I don't dare to say that original is bad, but rather, while original is responsible for highest quality, dubs are responsible for sharing to the world and subtitles are the ones who help you learn the language spoken, okay?

Yesterday I just got that video in my mind but forgot the name. Now, I found it and I got the flashbacks. 2015. It was a good time. When Fnaf was a lil bit easier and filled with lot of theories. Back when purple gut was called Vincent and phone guy was called Scott. Back when we all were young and loved everything they did... The goosebumps when our favorite youtuber played the games. I don't care if it has nothing to do with the story. This needs to be in the end credits for the 2nd movie. It has the perfect vibe and atmosphere, and it starts with such an epic and ominous beginning and then transitions to an upbeat instrumental with very morbid lyrics. It'd fit perfect

The way “your heartbeat makes resonances” turns into “your headshot makes resonances” is actually so eerie and insane. I love how creative the lyrics are and it can easily depict what happens in the video and you can listen to it in a podcast and still recognize what’s going on. And when the night guard gets shot, the lyrics finally start making sense. And I noticed how after the night guard died it went from “can you beat the five nights load?” To “ you can’t beat the five nights load” because he died. And a few lines after Freddy came in the room the night guards body disappeared, I wonder If Freddy put him in an animatronic or left him in there.

I still remember when i used to hunt all fnaf toys and books and spent many dollars on them, and sitting in class reading fnaf book "The freddy files" and some more and drawing only about fnaf for almost 3 years straight and i still do almost all of them till today

Years ago i didn't understand a single lyric in 80% of the songs but i still appreciated them, and when i got to know russian, and then english, i discovered boundless satisfaction from understanding things i like more deeply, when the whole picture of mysterious pieces finally match each other and make a significance i couldn't notice before. Russian is my 2nd and english is my 3rd, and if i had to, i can always start learning japanese. In the end, i still believe that outstanding dubs are also worth notice, the best example is Vaas from Far Cry 3 in russian dub. I don't dare to say that original is bad, but rather, while original is responsible for highest quality, dubs are responsible for sharing to the world and subtitles are the ones who help you learn the language spoken, okay?

I love how creative the lyrics are and it can easily depict what happens in the video and you can listen to it in a podcast and still recognize what’s going on. And when the night guard gets shot, the lyrics finally start making sense. And I noticed how after the night guard died it went from “can you beat the five nights load?” To “ you can’t beat the five nights load” because he died. And a few lines after Freddy came in the room the night guards body disappeared, I wonder If Freddy put him in an animatronic or left him in there.
