I ordered it in Dubai, the name on the box A11 series, the accessories are different, if you'll open U.S website the description of A11 hero is totally different than your video and they're confirming it comes only with one battery. It's confusing why the company did that
Just received my Tineco A11 Hero last week, I really like it, my carpets and hardwood floors are now so clean. Mine did not come with the floor storage, it's a wall mount docking station so I'm waiting to get it mounted on the wall. I did a lot of research before buying this, I'm very happy with my choice
I have been using the A11 since 2019! I love it! This guy had a really good tech review, but he did not go over the extra hose connections that are bendable! You can use these for anywhere, car, garage, and places I haven't even discovered yet! It is so easy to maintain and clean and you can do a 2x a year big clean, which takes all of 15 mins including soap and water for the washable parts. It's just a really good vacuum and it's not a copy cat of that "Other" brand that just tries to copy and brag. It's priced realistically, easy to buy and easy to order parts. I ordered some extra filter cleaners and one extra hepa filter. Easy to do and I'm 70 yr. old! Every time I think I can find something better I always come back to Tineco A11! LOL! PS I have dogs n cats!
I love the A11. I was overwhelmed with all the data I researched. I saw this video and ordered it 30 minutes later. It’s awesome. I have chronic pain and this is perfectly light weight. I can even vacuum my mattress with the full size brush without my husband’s help. Trust me, get one.
The powered mini brush can be stored ON THE CREVICE TOOL. There it fits nicely... You're welcome. Great video, I have the 10 Master and the 11 Hero. I needed the powered floor brush since larger debris will 'snow plow' in front of the carpet brush and not pick up anything. The powered floor brush works very well, it has lights on it too so that you see what you're about to pick up. I like to use the powered rug brush directly on the motor to clean my quilts while they're on the beds. I have 6 indoor cats, need I say more.
Bought the A11 Hero a month ago and have been using it weekly. This video really helped me figure out HOW to use everything, especially emptying the dirt. Thank you! I am so glad that I took a chance on this!

I’ve seen even more in-depth reviews of all shorts of vaccine cleaners in the market something more scientifically tested. And the fact is that in the long run, dyson always come up on top. By long run I mean like 1 year of usage and the suction of dyson will always come up stronger than all other brands in the same categories.

I have had my A11 for 2 years now! I originally bought a shark, but didn’t like construction and sent back. Took a chance and bought the Tinco A11 and an extra battery. It is the best thing for homes with multiple pets! I have hardwood floors and dog hair is easily vacuumed bi-weekly. I bought extra suction filters, and a different lighted bush. I think it saves me a lot of time.
I love my a11 master. It's awesome. Shortly after I bought mine they switched over to a wall mount. But the wife and I love ours it's used almost every day

I really like the Tineco Vacuum cleaners and as the reviews on the internet prove their performance is very good. Decision depends also on Country and price ranges. If all Tineco`s would be available for half of the price of the Dyson`s you definitly should choose TINECO!!! Nevertheless Dyson has the better Cyclonic Separation system. You have to compare prices, here in Austria for example the A11 costs about 390€ the Dyson V8 - 380€ So the question is: go with Tineco get 2. Battery and good build quality but have to clean premotorfilter from time to time (better done with an other vacuum cleaner because sucking dirt from one motorfilter to a clean one with the same vacuum cleaner would not be very clever). Or get the dyson V8 I also have at my home and I had not to clean the filter once for the last 2 years it worked perfectly! The Tineco S12 and the Dyson V11 are both about 600€. In my opinion i would not go for the Dyson V11 because I dont like their design and build quality is not worth the money! I returned an unopened Dyson v8 to Costco and bought the Tineco a11 Master. I preferred the Hero colour but wanted the hard floor soft roller of the Master. Really like it. I kept debating whether the Dyson cyclonic filters really make a difference but the Tineco suits my purpose just fine. That small power head is great for carpeted stairs and upholstery.

I just ordered one last night! It will replace my Shark Ionflex Duoclean IF202. I love the Shark, but a small tab broke off the release lever for the Multiflex feature, and of course you can only buy the entire piece and not just the lever part. I am looking forward to the ease of cleaning and maintenance of the Tineco, since the Shark constantly needed the filters washed out and the brush roll cleaned. I had bought several sets of filters so I never needed to wait for them to dry, and bought a second battery. I could only charge one battery at a time though, and a second charger would’ve been fairly expensive. I had never heard of Tineco until my vacuum broke, but after a few RUclips videos (including this one) I am confident I made a good choice. Thank you for the great review!

Can anyone tell me why my Tineco says “11hero” instead of a11 hero? 😂 I just bought it today and can’t figure what the hell is going on or what the difference is! Is it just marketing orrrrr?
You should do a test vacuuming a mattress, alot of people underestimate how small a dust/skin particle is so they dont realize how much it can penetrate through the tiny holes in your bed sheet. Skin, dust mites, and other particles can penetrate up to 3MM under the surface of your bed that youre sleeping on everyday, regardless of how much you wash your sheets.
Thanks for your review! I have been researching this... I may go for the 11hero with cat hair and such to pick up off the floor and the couch the extra battery may be useful!! I also hope it does come with the floor storage. When you rent, you want to avoid holes in walls whenever possible.

As a 25 year old guy living in an apartment, I don't need to spend $600 on a dyson for 1000sq ft space I clean once a week. However I didnt want to waste my money on a corded $30 walmart vacuum. the tineco A11 is a great cordless vacuum. i've been using it for almost two years. I can vacuum my 700 sq foot condo on max suction without running out of battery. I have 3 cats, so a good quality convenient cordless vacuum is a must. no regrets here! #TinecoTime @tinecoglobal
What I do with my vac is to put the fully charged battery in the vac after I finish using it and leave it fully assembled standing up and then place the used battery in the charger, This way it is always ready to go without any assembly.
I read a few reviews about big particles not getting sucked into the canister and actually falling out of the long tube the moment you turn off the vacuum. Has anyone experienced that?
A lot of talk about the batteries, tools and poor holder. But never saw the unit complete in use, ie go under furniture or go at right angles as the Dyson ball has the advantage. You only get what you pay for these days and if you want the best, then its a Dyson. Had mine for the last 4.5 years and its still going great with one battery.
Thanks for the video, but I just received mine. When I turned it on and went to vacuum the floor, I was surprised by how weak the suction was, very disappointed. I then used the max button, and again, I wasn't impressed at all. Not sure why you said what you said about this machine, but the suction power for the money is terrible. After using it on max for 4 minutes, I placed it back into the docking station. I saw that the battery only had 1 blue solid light remaining, while the other two were blinking, which means the battery exhausted 2/3 of itself it 4 minutes.

I love my cordless stick vacuum I got a moosoo cordless stick vacuum and the thing I love about my moosoo is that thar are head lights on power head and I love that it stands on its own but that is the one thing I don't like about Dysons is that it doesn't stand on its own but I love your vacuum it looks really awesome looking and the one thing I love about yours is that it came with 2 batterys mine came with 1 removable battery but if I need to get a new battery I can just go on the internet and get one but for now the one battery mine has does the job and I can vacuum my every room in my house with One full battery life
i think the smaller vacuum head can be mounted on the other side of the larger head! just noticed it @15:04 , maybe give that a shot! i just got this vacuum too and i love every part of it, even the cleaning!

Isnt the pre filter cleaner accessory counterintuitive as swapping the used filter for the clean one just dirty the clean filter when cleaning the used filter?
My biggest problem with my current cordless is my wife's hair wraps around the bar bad is this Tineco like the new sharks were the roller does not allow the hair to collect on the roller bar?
It does smell after washing the bin and the filter? Bcos I used to have the Borsche and every time I wash it and clean the filter, it will have this stinky smell for few days.

Can the mini roller tool sit ontop of the crevice tool in the storage unit - like does the crevice tool thread inside the pipe of the mini tool, otherwise I would be gluing another pipe so it stores on the unit... It's weird I know... I figure you loosen the dirty so it can be more easily extracted. But yes, you do. The performance of the vacuum will be improved when using the cleaner filter. There is some net dirt loss upon loosening the particles
I think you need to specify that you're specifically reviewing the Tineco A11 Hero EX (not the regular A11 Hero). That's the one with 2 batteries, and it's +$70 more expensive than the regular A11 Hero. And I only see a wall mount, no option for a charger on the floor.

I went to the salvation army today I found this vacuum for $29 and I am so happy because it's a great vacuum you can use it for your car it has a bunch of tools that comes with it it's I definitely 5 star vacuum

A11 Master is a wall mount and I would use command hooks to stick to to the wall instead of drilling holes into the wall

the master has 2 brushes...one for wood floors...its very good...since i have only wood floors

I love my cordless stick vacuum I got a moosoo cordless stick vacuum and the thing I love about my moosoo is that thar are head lights on power head and I love that it stands on its own but that is the one thing I don't like about Dysons is that it doesn't stand on its own but I love your vacuum it looks really awesome looking and the one thing I love about yours is that it came with 2 batterys mine came with 1 removable battery but if I need to get a new battery I can just go on the internet and get one but for now the one battery mine has does the job and I can vacuum my every room in my house with One full battery life

I would have gone for the A11 - seemed to have everything. Then the storage issue stopped me - could not deal with it laying on the floor.

Isnt the pre filter cleaner accessory counterintuitive as swapping the used filter for the clean one just dirty the clean filter when cleaning the used filter?
My biggest problem with my current cordless is my wife's hair wraps around the bar bad is this Tineco like the new sharks were the roller does not allow the hair to collect on the roller bar?
It does smell after washing the bin and the filter? Bcos I used to have the Borsche and every time I wash it and clean the filter, it will have this stinky smell for few days.

Just received my A11 Hero. It comes with the wall mount kit. Not the floor kit. So they changed the design.

Yes it does, but overall will get one of them cleaner. Net cleaner overall
Great review - had not heard of this vacuum but to send it to Canada the cost is $1027.00 Cdn. dollars, plus tax, yikes - that's more than a Dyson - sorry, not affordable for most folks - cheers from Canada
Umm you can get it off Amazon or Bestbuy. Why would you be shipping it from China?
Been available in Canada on Amazon for quite a long time. Now retailers are starting to carry them (Costco, Walmart, Best Buy).

Thank you for such an honest review! Can the mini roller tool sit ontop of the crevice tool in the storage unit - like does the crevice tool thread inside the pipe of the mini tool, otherwise I would be gluing another pipe so it stores on the unit...

so are you just transferring the dirt from 1 filter to the next filter with the filter cleaning tool? or am I missing something
It's weird I know... I figure you loosen the dirty so it can be more easily extracted. But yes, you do. The performance of the vacuum will be improved when using the cleaner filter. There is some net dirt loss upon loosening the particles

I think you need to specify that you're specifically reviewing the Tineco A11 Hero EX (not the regular A11 Hero). That's the one with 2 batteries, and it's +$70 more expensive than the regular A11 Hero.
And I only see a wall mount, no option for a charger on the floor.

So the hero, hero plus to the master is only a tools difference. Heads are the same. I can't seem to see a compare chart, Hero to plus etc.
How come the vacuum top does not light up as seen in various other reviews for same model?

I went to the salvation army today I found this vacuum for $29 and I am so happy because it's a great vacuum you can use it for your car it has a bunch of tools that comes with it it's I definitely 5 star vacuum
