who are the people thumbing down ? shaking my head- pattern is awesome for people who don’t know how to create a pattern but know how to corn row! so thank s for sharing this video!!
the reason the braids at the top are crossed is so that when the client parts her hair she can part it to the middle, the left or the right and have the hair stop at an appropriate spot on her head instead of going all the way back. basically it allows the hair to flow naturally when it's parted.

Thank you for your demonstrations. I am actually becoming a great braider/styler and when people ask me about my techniques I always refer them back to your channel
Wow I always wondered what to do with the hanging cornrows?!?! Your videos are BOMB! Your patience and desire to inform others is outstanding, keep it up
Ive been seeing this braid pattern all over the place but havent found a good tutorial to show me how to actually do it. Thank god i found this! It was just what i needed!
OMG this was a life saver. I just install my box braids and was looking for something easier and less time consuming for my next install and saw your videos. Thank you so much! So helpful
Wow I did my cornbraids the first time was bad I took it out and redid it and it came out perfect. The second time a charm Thank you so much My sons live in Tampa too. Next time I'm there I let you do my hair
Very nice & quietly detailed video. I love how you easily show what to do without saying a word. I love your channel 😍 Ohhh, & big props to you for all of the Jasper Sawyer songs!!! I know he greatly appreciates that 😊
I have tried this pattern( and without criss crossing) and it "Works", especially for a pony tail. I do sew in the last braid because for "Me", its secure enough to shampoo my braids. Thankkkk you👏👏👏👍👍👍
Thank you BeautyCanBraid! I am definitely a part of the braid struggle gang. However, the more I do it the better my braids are. I really appreciate your tutorials on adding hair to stabilize my cornrows. TastePink was right. You are talented at braiding and teaching others how to do it. I'll keep watching and braiding. It's a struggle girl. LOL
another great tutorial!! such a myth buster too. The last hairdresser i went to for crochet braids, used wool to stitch the cornrows together. I was pressed for time so didn't express any doubt. Thankyou @Beautycanbraid. I will now practice this on my sister.
Yesssssssss! So happy to see this style done on beautiful natural hair. I wonder what your client did to prep her hair for styling. Can you also show how to do twists on natural hair too?
Thank you for posting this video, you make it look really easy. I've tried it on my daughter and it took me like forever, but I got there in the end. Kudos to you👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Idk y but this music got me so hype! 😂 😂 Love the detail in all your videos! Really does hype you up to feel more confident about doing it yourself! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Is there any reason why you choose certain braiding foundations for each crotchet style? Like is there any reason why you chose this foundation for this look?
Another MASTER PIECE. Great technique with your patterned Braid Pattern. Are you sure you wouldn't come to New York even if I sponsored you?. I just LOVE your work.
+Beautycanbraid Hello, I just would like to ask two questions. Do you care about the health of hair? and is there another video where you are actually utilizing your mouth to teach?
Stacha Jolie It's obvious you haven't seen any of her videos of them just this one. Speaking as a client of hers, she cares a lot about natural hair and she knows exactly what she's doing. She us very talented
I love your videos. I do crochet braids but I can't seem to do the straight hair. It tends to slide out. Can you please do a tutorial on Outre Batik hair (loose body). Please!!! I really need to know how to get it to stay in without sliding
+Tamara Jones It's to be able to have a part on either side with the crotchets and have it stop in the appropriate place on the scalp instead of going all the way to the back of the head.
Hi! I have a few questions... 1. What makes this pattern best for crochet braids? Would it make sense to have horizontal braids in the back, if I like to wear some of it up? 2. Would it last long or be more sturdy if I braided hair into it? Thank you!
Omg thank you for this because i always gor confused on how to do this, this was really well done Now if only i could get my braids to look this neat and tight at the front
Hello. I have done so many different crochet styles watching ur tutorials. thank you for them. however, which is the best braid pattern for Senegalese pre twisted installation? Is it the famous criss cross braid pattern or the one where you braid ten at top n then horizontally(side to side) in the back?
Just found your channel a month ago love it. Questions, Why not a continuous braid, why criss cross? Does it make the crochet hair lay better?? The last raid in the back that is parallel what affect does that give? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!
The thumbnail image shows a Cornrow at the nape of the neck..not seeing it here. Only seen the end where you took the last Cornrow and pulled it back through all the loops. Basically what I'm asking is: can this pattern be used for majority crochet styles? And do you need a Cornrow going across the nape of the neck like in your picture?
I tried this on a few clients and needed more pre- made crochets. Some clients want just enough while others like it full. This pattern was nice though
Thanks am spending my Monday catching up on all of your videos. Am glad I subscribed. Am natural so crochet braids will do fine. Can I ask if the carrier of the free tress hair ship to the UK? The brands we have in the UK is not as good compared to the brand you use. Thanks for the response 😍😍😍😍
who are the people thumbing down ? shaking my head- pattern is awesome for people who don’t know how to create a pattern but know how to corn row! so thank s for sharing this video!!
this pattern is unnecessary asf in so many different ways
+Lavish Branda I thought about it when I was watching it... hella unnecessary

Thank you for your demonstrations. I am actually becoming a great braider/styler and when people ask me about my techniques I always refer them back to your channel

Finally!! The video I needed! Why can't everybody be this detailed 🙄😂😂 Thank You!
Crochet really isn't bad on the hair it all depends on how you take care of your hair before and after the style great job love it
Her hair looks so soft!!!
Wow I always wondered what to do with the hanging cornrows?!?! Your videos are BOMB! Your patience and desire to inform others is outstanding, keep it up

This seems so simple. I definitely want to try this. I don't think my braids or parts will be as neat. Thanks for sharing!

Her hair is so beautiful and thick!
The way you braid hair is so flawless. 👏👏👏👏👏
Very nice and you braided on natural hair.. a lot of stylist say to blow dry your hair straight!! U did great 😁👌🏽
Love it so neat and easy and it allows the client to wear it to the side or center
The arachnophobe in me wanted to put my foot through the camera and killed that icky thing. 😖😆
But the tutorial was great!! Thanks, it’s very helpful.
Awesome braid pattern. I definitely will try it. Thanks for sharing 💯
Yesssssssss! So happy to see this style done on beautiful natural hair. I wonder what your client did to prep her hair for styling. Can you also show how to do twists on natural hair too?
O.O my mouth is still hanging open... you are skilled no doubt!! now I'm looking for this new video with that hair!!
Lol thanks
Thank you for posting this video, you make it look really easy. I've tried it on my daughter and it took me like forever, but I got there in the end. Kudos to you👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
What do you use on your clients hair as far as a moisturizer before you cornrow the hair? The hair looks easy to manage.
The cornrows alone are a great summer style
Wow. Anyone else think that was epic?! I am for sure trying that. Wish me luck!
LOve the braiding pattern. I have found so many different styles to do just by using this pattern. Love it!!!!!! :-)
I'm going to try this braiding pattern today when I do my crochet twists. It looks so simple. 😃
Thank you for this video. I'm doing the braid pattern today. I do my own hair and this seem like the easiest pattern to do

295 dislikes on a work of art! Keep them mad beauty!!! Lover of your artistry!
Your work is impeccable! What do you use to moisturize the hair so it's not frizzy in the braids?
i usually don't comment but this is so well done and neat too. This is gonna help me alot thanks.
I love your videos. I would love if you explain to us why and how you decide the braid pattern. Thanks
I needed this video! Def gonna try this!!!! May I ask; what is the function of the crossed braids in the middle?
Another MASTER PIECE. Great technique with your patterned Braid Pattern. Are you sure you wouldn't come to New York even if I sponsored you?. I just LOVE your work.

Beautycanbraid is this braid pattern good for crochet box braids thinking about doing this pattern it looks very neat
Really neat braids
Thanks for the detailed video. I have a question though, why does the braid have to cross each other? Why not just do it straight down?
That's my question too!
Thanks so much for making this video. I will be trying this pattern out so i can do my hair for my bday coming up.
Great job with your teaching 👏👍👌🙌
Best braiding pattern I seen so far..
Nice, I can def use this pattern on Senegalese crochet braids!
I love your videos. I do crochet braids but I can't seem to do the straight hair. It tends to slide out. Can you please do a tutorial on Outre Batik hair (loose body). Please!!! I really need to know how to get it to stay in without sliding
this is the best corn row tutorial ever
Really like this type of braiding pattern because you don't have to use needle and thread which you have to cut out!
What's the difference between this pattern and just braiding straight to the back? Does the final look be any different?
+Tamara Jones It's to be able to have a part on either side with the crotchets and have it stop in the appropriate place on the scalp instead of going all the way to the back of the head.
this woman is a genius.
I NEVER knew how to do this. Thanks!
my faux locs just came in the mail and I'm doing them this weekend. why can't I just do straight to the back braids? would it not look the same
Christine McCoy because then if you want to part it it will go all the way down instead of stopping at a reasonable place
Penelope Matthews
Penelope Matthews thanks I was wondering the same thing
Christine McCoy 🧠👅
