Its such a shame that we african are our own enemies...our hands have extinguished our sons who bore the hope for liberation of this great land....and we keep on thinking that a day will come for us to be free.... not until our eyes are opened thats when we shall be free and sit at the table of global economy decision makers. Its the sad truth...
Actually, he was killed by fellow Congolese people, just like many others since. Tribal rivalry.
the idea and vision is alive in us Africa will be Free
❤ Long Live Patrice Lumumba ❤
Please let the Congolese join the movement in the north today
One day there will be peace in congo and booming city will spring forth
And black men tied their own brother to please the colonisers!!
So much for freedom and yet we still live in shackles 😢😢😢
Patrice Lumumba✊🏿
Read about his story about 10 years ago and it has continued to stick with me. He gave the ultimate sacrifice for his country, and he did it with dignity.
what i always fail to understand is, civilization started in africa, shouldnt africa have owned the world? what made the europeans own africa?
Technology, large scale agriculture, education, written language, might, commerce, meticulously planning, ability to navigate the seas in large ships. the ability to manipulate warring tribes in to doing their bidding. I'm not justifying anything they did, but there are many reasons they were capable of doing it, not just "they're evil". Empires come and go, China's time is now.
The western country teach us about freedom 😂😂😂
And you shall never learn.
Seems like Western countries can't teach Africans anything of value. Not even to build a well...
The west can't even teach itself, ordinary folks in the west can't see because their mind is under a spell. The truth hurts but the Truth sets free.
One of the great speeches. Africa needs to chart its own course apart from any outside forces. Then and now.
Yes - and PLEASE reject the white man marxist ideology - resist the colonization of marist ideology - come up with your own
Where are the soldiers that abused him?? Cowards
The most annoying thing is that it was african zombie soldiers that were used to capture and kill him!
Belgium itself was a 1830 invention of the BoE after the defeat of Napoleon...
The ridiculous thing is fellow Africans helped kill him, how did we turn out this way?
Did you forget that the African person has been betraying each other for long.Example during the slave trade, tribes will wage war against the other and the defeated people are captured and sold to the white man. Am a Ghanaian and there are some tribes in Ghana who still refers to other tribes as their slave.hmm
@@funnycalculator3274 it's a different thing when an African enslaved another or betrays another for another African....what is out of this world is an African killing or enslaving another African at the request of Europeans which is what went on here. They simply followed the instructions of Belgians to get rid of the man, again how did we get that daft?
Africans can be no different than any other groups of people. In all groups there will be some who seek to rise above others by any means they see fit.
@@answerman9933 correct
@@answerman9933 Wrong. You are different than other groups. Just look at your contribution to the worlds prison population. Amazing.
r.i.p to a great leader
Rest in power, brother Lumumba. And they have the audacity to call the usa a champion of freedom; itself born out of captivity, hatred, murder and everything against the faith they profess to adhere to.
That was bad that Lumumba reached out to the Mass Murderers in the Soviet Union for help.......not what a democratic leader would do. It's like asking the Nazis to come to your aid in the late 1930s.
Courageous leader and a father for all Africans throughout the world. A warrior for independence and African sovereignty. He is a saint and indeed he is even being considered for sainthood now in the Catholic Church.
They only killed the body of Patrice Lumumba but his spirit lives in the hearts of fearless nationals all over the world .
So much for freedom and democracy...
A man/leader with the backbone to speak the truth. He will always be remembered.
Africa KEEP SEEKINGTHE TRUTH.
THE TRUTH WILL MAKE AFRICA FREE.
As you can see in this segment it was Ppl who looked just like Lumumba who assisted the WS in his murder , now what does that tell you. 🤔
That speech didn't get him killed, joining with the Soviet Union did
They’re involved in every single frigging shit that goes down!
History repeated itself in Libya. Patrice Lumumba was killed by his own people at the behest of their oppressors. They still paying for that very gross mistake to this day. 😢😢
Yes he was a brave man but there is a thin line between bravery and foolishness and Patrice Lumumba certainly crossed that line. In the end you can help no one if you're dead. If you want to achieve your goals don't be brave, be wise, and be patient. How did he help his people with that speech? He didn't all he received was a brutal death and the admiration of strangers decades after his death. His country is no better off today than it was back then. Imagine what he might have accomplished if he had lived?
I just want to know, when is the Congo going to get it together? So much wealth there and yet so much travesty...
Do they see it as a country, a home, or just a place for resources?
And the African men who participated...
The evils that have been done by in Africa are so inhumane.
Live on Patrice Lumumba 🎉❤
Reason number 1 million of why I can never respect nor stand with the West in anything. 🚮
Après lui, on a eu droit à des sapeurs ! Quel gâchis.
ITS A FIGHT FOR "ALL" BLACKS. NOT JUST BLACK AMERICANS
Correct....
Including Australians and Papua New Ginueans.
Thanks for the clear and concise info. Very helpful!
The abuser allows your freedom only under the acknowledgement that they are you're creator
Rip lumumba you kill the message but not the messenger
🔄
Isn't it vice versa
Kill messenger, not message...
that was an internationally arranged assassination. Absolute crime
Forever hate the "West"
Always ❤❤
Me too
That why I told myself I will never own a passport and travel to these oversea countries who always see us as animals 😂. I love my Afrika regardless of whatever. Long live Afrika, much love and respect from Ghana 🇬🇭
Bloody hell, does it hurt to be that stupid?
What else is the African good for? Only hate.
