  • So you forgot BIOS password and thus can’t boot up your desktop computer? Oh, it pretty much sums it up, because it’s not an easy task to remove a forgotten BIOS password on computer. But take it easy. It is tricky but doable. This video shows you how to manually remove or clear forgotten BIOS password on a desktop PC. I hope that it is useful to you.
Tips: I use a Philips desktop PC in my video. You can remove BIOS password on your desktop PC in a similar way.

the best and easiest way for a dell optiplex...if ur dell optiplex motherboard has a two pin SERVICE MODE...locate that...remove the jumper from the PSWD two pin (it should be a blue jumper...if i remember correct, theres only one blue jumper on the motherboard, than that should be the jumper that you need) and place it on the SERVICE MODE two pins...turn your computer as normal...wait for the computer to get to the screen that allows you to hit F2...once in bios, click on LOAD DEFUALTS...turn off, take jumper off of the SERVICE MODE pins, and put the jumper back on the PSWD pins...turn on computer and your back in business baby...if this worked for you, give me a THUMBS UP and/or a shout out...thanks
