- As we continue to be on lockdown, we consider all of the folks that are stuck inside their homes. Through video, we want to share some of our space with you. We are fortunate to have a small piece of property where I film these shows.. so my hope is that these films help give you a little bit of Spring time fun. It's in the air. Although it's pretty brisk, but not too cold to for a rip in the mud with a magnificent truck! I have been building this truck on RUclips (here is a playlist: • PROJECT "OVERKILL" 202... ) This PROJECT "OVERKiLL" 2020 has been transforming as I start to understand what this truck wants to be. Powerful, Large, and RAW. These three words sum it up nicely. I did have one rod end snap in todays video.. but I had already ordered some aluminum ones from Yeah Racing. I quickly installed it and was back in the mud in no time. Wasn't worth mentioning.. except in the video description as a footnote.
Tell me, what are your thoughts on Mudding with an RC Truck?! Is it something you do often.. or is it something you would like to do?! I know mud scares some folks - as it should. RC trucks are not inexpensive, but if built properly can be waterproofed, strengthened and built for purpose.

Personally I think it’s much more Stable on the bigger tires & even if it puts you in a different Class I think keeping them on for TTC would be more beneficial as it will really help in Mud Bog, Hill Climb, Tank Trap and The Judge Pull as well as Looking Awesome! It’s OVERKILL! So Definitely Keep those Big Beautiful Boots On! Lol Love You’re Videos, keeps me entertained always! Especially during this Lockdown in UK so Thank You!

This thing would have been great during the monster truck 2 minute indoor quarantine thing. Especially with these newer tires, it floats loads better.

Overkill is just one awesome truck. Either set of tires work. Performance is No#1. So the big tires work for me. You can't beat the stance of that truck and with the wider tires in corners it seemed like the truck was much more stable . Parts list is going together, so an overkill is in the works. Love that profile.

The big wheels and tires look great on Overkill!! Sure helped it from going over a number of times!!! I still like the scale type wheels in it that it needs for the TTC, but the big ones fit the name better!

The big tires definitely in the mud. But the smaller ones do look more scale. Love playing in the mud with rc and my full size truck.
It handles really well and I can't wait until the end of the lockdown to get out to the park and get in the mud. 👍👍

Love the videos when mud is involved. About the wheels, I choose both sets. The 1.9 I'll use for scale crawling and the 2.2 for mud bashing. Both sets look awesome on Project Overkill 2.0.

You should make your tanka dump truck and convert that in to a log hauling truck and a excavator with a log grabber

I really like the scale look but for actually performance those widow tires are perfect for mud just need to see how they crawl and climb.
I like the smaller klr tires ,but I like the wider stance all the way around. Either way it's a very capable well built machine.

I like both but I like the bigger tires more the truck is a lot more stable with the smaller tires it just wanted to roll over every time you gave a throttle or every time you turned but the tires you got on it now makes it stupidly stable
