I wish somebody would make a video with a step by step instructions and I still don't if that was a glue gun used at the beginning of this video because it was so fast.

It was a heat gun, heating up around the edge of the cover to soften the adhesive. If you want step by step instructions, I'd suggest visiting iFixit :)
