I need you to write a book on how the VA denied my claims from 2012-2024 when i had a mountain of medical evidence to grant my claims - And yes i got the cash for your knowledge !!!
You know, that might be a good book from you. You can share your story so other vets can avoid the VA's denials. I know someone that works with vets to write books.
Brother or Sister, mine was 2011-2024. The VA fought tooth and nail to deny my claim for almost 13 years. I finally wore them down because the judges at the CAVC and the Board of Veteran's Appeals kept remanding my case back to the raters and disallowing ridiculous conclusions by examiners and frankly biased opinions. The raters should know to disregard evaluation opinions that obviously violate established law and case law. This was the problem with my claim and why it took so long.
I was rated at 80 percent combined 4/26/2024. I did a IU claim 05/21/2024 didn't turn in a employer status. I was approved 08/224, and without a vocational assessment, my highest rating was 70 percent MDD, 10 percent Tinnitus and 10 callouses and bunions
Some vets have told me you need a vocational assessment. It could help but it's not a requirement and as a former rater, I don't recall rating an IU with one. Congrats and thanks for sharing.
