+Awesome WorlD For the illusion twist, instead of wrapping across and twisting off of the base leg (like in a Butterfly Twist), you simply turn and execute a Pop 360 instead, Shuriken Twist is also supposed to hit more on the way down, like an axe kick.
Practice one Leg Tuck Ups. Then do it with a cheat take off (the one legged spin). From there, as long as you pump the non kicking leg high enough, the hook kick will come out very easily on it's own.
ok, thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to practice that. Any tips on how to better pump the non-kicking leg though? I can do a single pump cheat 720 but I don't have a 540 kick down so I'm having difficulty dragging the non-kicking leg up and around for a double pump c720
