Crabs.. more specifically soldier crabs are what dig those holes on the beach. If you go out while its low tide you'l most probably see them out of the holes!
Joe, you can tell your heart is complete again now Dot is back full time and you’re down under together xxxx love the banter with Mark & Rina and little Zofia is super cute xxx keep em coming Joe, loving these blogs xxxx
My late dad worked in the laboratory department for main roads WA. He would be very happy you approve of the roads. It’s been some years since I visited Oz so I love these vlogs. ❤
Thank you for sharing. Your vlogs are edu-taining and are as fairy-tales and storybook tellings combined with family sagas. Pinnacles are so impressive all over the planet. I'm glad you showed these these ones. I've visited some in Tunisia where Starwars was filmed and in Capadocia/Turkey. Glad you had such quality time together.
You must have been shattered but what a lovely Drive ,place you stopped at 😍 Aww lovely to see Mel Andrew Sofie & New baby Boy (Congratulations to them 🎉) Hope you both Got a good sleep looking forward to seeing where you are 😅 take care 🥰
The holes are made by the WA snake crab, they are pretty rare to see.they are a distant cousin to the drop bear. Love from the sunny Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia 🇦🇺
Me, my husband and kids go to Cervantes every year for a little weekend getaway, have been going since me and my husband have been together 8 years ago 🥰 it’s cool to see you guys enjoying it too! We just returned home from a trip up to Broome with our caravan, did around 5000km all up, next time you will have to go further north, WA only gets more impressive the more you explore!
Love these feel good Australian vlogs. Love seeing Diane's lovely family. You must be tempted to move over there permanently. The country is beautiful. 😊
Excellent vlog Joey, love the editing & music. It's lovely to see Rina & Mark happy & spending some quality time with you & beautiful Dianne. Looking forward to the next vlog, blessed be 🤍
Like Dianne I am from Perth and live in London. I have been back in Perth the last couple of weeks and the weather has been rubbish. Did the trip to kalbarri last year. This time went to Esperance where they do have an exact replica of Stonehenge!!! Hit a stupid kangaroo on the drive back to Perth
When researching my family tree two of my maternal great great uncles emigrated to Western Australia in the 1920s when there was a drive for people to move there. I was told by my grandad they were going to set up a fruit farm. One settled in East Fremantle and the other in Claremont.
Only just got back to the uk from Kalbarri and then went to Albany that’s a great town aswell if your still in kalbarri or gerelton you have to try Finlay’s brewing it’s great place for food and amazing craft beers
I was supposed to visit Aus for a year from Oct 2023 to Oct this year. I was in VIC. Sadly had to come home in Jan because I couldn't find anywhere to live in Melbourne. WA was on my bucket list to see and I'm sad it never happened.
Have a fab time Joe and Dianne, I so agree with your comment about the rubbish it’s everywhere in the Uk, plus all the roads are full of pot holes to have a fabulous trip xx❤
Thank you for sharing your road trip with us. Joe and Dianne. I loved the beautiful beach but have to say I’m glad a snake didn’t pop up out of that hole I have the worst phobia ever the thought of them make me shudder. Can’t wait for the next instalment ❤
Me too! I had a full on meltdown last time they were in Australia and came across that big snake on the beach. I have been to Australia many times because my dad lived there but only went in winter and avoided quiet places, grassy areas etc and made as much noise walking as possible to scare them off. I won’t even go near long grass in the uk 🫣
Australia is a big place mate, gets bloody cold in other parts, even in central Aust can get frost over night and drop below zero. Vic, parts of SA, NSW, Tas all get a proper winter. Not to mention it does snow and we have mountainous regions and chilly winters depending where you are on this massive land mass.
“Kalbarri was named after an Aboriginal man from the Nanda tribe and is also the name of an edible seed.” I live about 17 hours from Perth if you ever head further North 😅🙌 also I never in my life imagined I would ever hear Joe Sugg say he was in Geraldton 😅
The creatures in the live tank were Abalone, a lot of Abalone is commercially harvested here in Oz and exported to Asian markets where they are sold for a premium price. Snake hole? No, Soldier Crabs (very common on sandy beaches here in Oz), a snake would never have a burrow so close to the water (for obvious reasons), they would drown at high tide.
Love the shout out to Lacock! We had invited you (& Zoe) to the school’s bi-centenary celebrations (20/6/24), but guess you can’t make it! Lots of ex-pupils & ex-staff are coming! Pop in whenever you’re passing though!
….StalacTites…….T for top - and the one that’s left (stalagmites) is on the bottom. That’s the way I learned it at school but I like your little memory aid too.
No problem, all good. I know what European Razor Clams are (we have a different variety here where the shell is much broader). Anyway, the holes in the sand were made by Soldier Crabs. Cheers,
Crabs.. more specifically soldier crabs are what dig those holes on the beach. If you go out while its low tide you'l most probably see them out of the holes!
Dianne cracked me up thinking they were snake holes on the beach 😂
Snakes cant dig holes

Hi, west Aussie here 👋🏻 yeah I think they’re from crabs 😂
lovely vlog joe
Love the family vlogs.
How lovely trip to Australia 🇦🇺
"It's not that cold here in WA" I'm literally wearing an Oodie and I'm still cold 😂😂
Those holes on the beach are crab holes! You’ll know they’re freshly dug when little balls of sand are around the holes ☺️
The guy who invented sock on the ledge is asking why there is a shoe on the roof/ledge?! 😂❤
i’m surprised but so glad joe is still making vids! he used to be my fav youtuber
Superb vlog! Rina looking v trim ❤
Gd on ya guys, especially wi jet lag!!
Love it thank you ❤
Baby Roman & sister Zofia adorable 🎉
That creature next to the crayfish tank was paua. I don’t know what it’s called in the rest of the world but it’s called paua in NZ
Here in Oz they’re called Abalone.
Joey, you're so funny!
Crabs made those holes 😂
The holes are from soldier crabs
Love Joe and Dot
You have to ask an Aussie to say “how now brown cow” while you’re there.
They are crab holes - when would you ever get snakes on the beach - Jurien Bay such a pretty place
They saw a snake on the beach at Christmas
so lovely to see you both back in Oz 😊
Wait until you hit melb and you will feel cold😅
Love the sweatshirt Joe X x 😂
I thought it was only me who experiences cheesy clothes and whacks the whole load in the wash again.
Yeah Crab holes 😊
Lovely video ❤️
A lobster larger living the dream
Joe the other shoe was on the roof in the dip bit dont know what its called x
Golden Ghost crabs
Why would anyone leave Australia? I'd retire there in one minute. Beautiful Country.
I couldn’t because of spiders

Fish in a Tank the worst thing …. Fish it wild from the Ozean
hi from strayaaa
Enjoys Joes & Diane’s vlogs from here! X
joe vlogs > gcses 🤩
Crabs dig those holes
No expert, but I believe the "snake holes" to be razor clams. If true pour salt in the hole and they should surface.
No, the holes are made by soldier crabs, very common on sandy beaches here in Oz.
@@johnnewman366 I'm in England and only guessing with no clue of the Oz wildlife or sealife, so just went to my first thought.
No problem, all good.
I know what European Razor Clams are (we have a different variety here where the shell is much broader).
Anyway, the holes in the sand were made by Soldier Crabs.

❤❤❤❤❤from uk 😊
You just did the same as One Pack Wanderers on RUclips!
If it was a snake hole, you would see the tracks…
the holes in the sand are crab holes not snake holes 😂😂
