Was really excited when I saw the thumbnail. Finally going to show us how not to get scorch marks on our polyester apparel. Then you use heather colors on all your examples. These colors don’t show scorch marks. Please use the solid colors, black, red or something that will show us how to correctly heat press these garments!

Agreed - That’s what I came to the comments to say.

Thank you for the feedback. However, these techniques are recommended for even non-heathered colors as well.

The Hotronix Fusion ( www.stahls.com/fusion-heat-press ) and the 360 IQ sure do make decorating apparel easy!
With the lower heated platen on the 360 IQ Hat press ( www.stahls.com/hat-heat-press-machine ) it unlocks the world of dimensional emblems and patches that are best used with being heated underneath during application.

Should all polyester fabrics have a stretch vinyl?

Not necessarily! We recommend a stretchier vinyl if it's workout apparel (leggings, tank top, sports bra, etc.) but it's really up to what you and/or your customer is looking for.
