New: Bodywhys Conversations with Carers Group (Free)

We are delighted to share details of our new support group for carers, ‘Conversations with Carers,’ part of our free family support options.
The group will be a space to explore topics related to supporting someone with an eating disorder. Each online session will focus on a specific theme (i.e., supporting adult children, navigating school/college, EDs and other issues) and will take place once monthly from 7-8.30pm online via Zoom.
The interactive sessions will be facilitated by Bodywhys, who will provide structure and psychoeducation on each topic.
