    I remember Garvin in ICW in Knoxville/Lexington Area. He was called the One Man Gang back then before Crusher Broomfield was called the One Man Gang. I believed that he was the toughest guy on the planet back then.

      @willnchicago696 8 лет назад +8

      Garvin did indeed beat Andre the Giant in Knoxville back in late 70's. It was for Ron Fullers "Southeastern Championship Wrestling" territory. Ronnie was super over in that territory as the "One Man Gang" Ronnie Garvin.

      willnchicago what did you think about ICW?

    • @willnchicago696
      @willnchicago696 8 лет назад +4

      +Tony Maceo Well ICW was okay. The thing with it was it came after SECW. ICW ran most of the same angles SECW had run a couple of yrs before.

      @badcoach2000 7 лет назад +5

      this is quite interesting. But just remember what every wrestler has said about Andre. If he didn't want you to win, you didn't win. simple as that! Look up his fight stories on youtube. Who would be stupid enough to challenge a human being that stands over seven feet tall and weights over 500lbs. I call that, Suicide! He never lost a fight ever! And the wrestlers he pissed off, I only know of two that challenged him. Kamala, who had a gun, and Bad News Brown, who was the 1972 Olympic judo team trainer. Once again, If you stood up to the giant, he never messed with you again because you had balls! But that doesn't mean they could beat him in a fight.

    Hey "HANNIBAL" "G N W" I've just read some of the comments attached to dis shoot interview and to be honest I'm shocked to read people r telling other people even Ronnie himself (Ha ha) that wrestling is Fake. After all the work u have done to help anyone interested in the business of "Pro-Wrestling" to understand what it's all about with Shoot Interviews you have conducted yourself with so many Legend's that have lived, slept and eaten Pro-Wrestling. I would like to thank you once again for the work u do educate us fan ☺ But to read "u do know wrestling is fake" all over the place simply pisses me of. If it's fake to anyone who thinks that? please do us all a favour and tell us what it is then?? But wen u see 2 Athletes in the ring grappling and performing highly dangerous wrestling moves on 1 another, well isn't that wrestling or Pro-Wrestling.. Of course it is, it is what it is.. Loving all your Video's Hannibal n looking forward to future 1s. And 1 day you will be a world recognised Pro-Wrestler, u have all what it takes to entertain fans, so it's just a matter of time mate. Best of luck with it all 😉 Irish Wrestling Fan. .

    • @ericmarks6322
      @ericmarks6322 2 года назад

      Wrestling is not fake, it's scripted. There is a big difference. The bumps those guys take are not fake. You can't fake gravity.....it hurts. There are mistakes made a lot in wrestling....an errant punch, mistimed kick, hell even an open hand slap could knock a person out.
