This machine looks like a dream. I do cleanup on an ancient Barry Wehmiller bottle washer and it can be a real mess, cannot wait to have it replaced with a Krones machine.
This video and machine is fantastic. I worked for a well known soft drinks company who had an Ortmann & Herbst bottle washer which i think cradled 25 bottles per bar...One of the maintenance jobs that was carried out periodically on the machine was renewal of the chain that carried the bottle racks due to stretching, and the plastic cradles which we removed one by one, replaced and re-riveted (broken glass can be very destructful to plastic. Remember, we were talking about 750ml bottles, can't recall how many racks our machine had, but it sure created a massive drag, eased by nylon guides. Just think, can you imagine how many glass bottles in their cradles x25 times, then how many bars ?, think of the weight involved. I was fascinated by the tech our machine had, and this was 1980. Would love to see this new machine in action.

Hello. This is a nice bottlewasher. I am an operator but my company still uses old type of washer. I have something to ask. Does your bottle washer still use unscrambler in between the bottle guide columns and loader conveyor?
