I have the most difficult time installing the car seat inside the bassinet… the bassinet side fabric is in the way of the holes where the car seat supposedly clicks in…any suggestions? Your video is great, I loved it. Just need clarification on the car seat inside the bassinet

Someone loaned me this and I'm confused about the bassinet feature because there's a bunch of straps. Do you strap the baby in? Or just lay them on top of the straps? Or tuck the straps away?
I’m so happy to see you lifting the stroller base like that. When I saw the weight online I found something similar in my house and I was like oh no way I can load this in and out of my car but I’m thinking I was looking at the overall weight with bassinet and seat attachments
Hi there! New mom here. This could be a dumb question, but what is the purpose/ benefit of snapping the infant car seat in on top of the toddler seat? I see it a few times positioned like that in your review and I am just curious why one might opt to do that versus just snapping the infant seat directly onto the stroller base.
I was hopimg it would do this bc i may not always want to bring the carseat and just use the bassinet insteaf

Hey. Thanks for the video. Did you notice that the bassinet is not one flat surface. The "butt" part is higher than the "back" part. I'm not sure if my baby is comfortable sleeping like that.... Or maybe it's my stroller's defect. Thanks!
How do you take the fabric off to clean it? All I can remove is the canopy and the shade. I am getting to the point of takinf it outside and power wash it.

Hello, I just bought this for my grand daughter. When sliding the infant or toddler seat up, do you push the buttons to slide it up? On hers, you have to push the buttons to slide down, however, it slides to the upper positions without needing to push the buttons in. I found that odd. I'm watching your video, it appears you are pushing buttons to slide it in the unposed position.
We found it odd as well.
Can you do a video or short showing how to get the infant car seat into the stroller with the bassinet/toddler seat & tray installed? My husband and I can't figure it out with thr directions & haven't been able to find any videos on it

Have you tried to change the toddler seat mode to bassinet with your baby in it? It’s a hit or miss when I try to push the switch with my baby sleeping in it. Trying to understand if there is a sure shot method

Very good review, how is it holding up a year later with mild moderate or extreme usage? My wife and I have one coming soon and always try to buy something that will last, these strollers aren't cheap. This is about as real life road tested a stroller video assessment can get without the extended plugs and ditsy vibes sipping starbucks in their uggs. I wish I had seen this before so we could have used your link And gotten our 25% site sale at the time, win win. Nevertheless, thank you for the thorough video.

I had an older version with my first son and I swear there was an easier way to open it. I like it other than this😢
Is the slide for height feature supposed to lock completely in place? I can’t lower it without pushing down on the side levers but if I wanted to raise the seat up closer to me it will just slide and lock into the next height. I’m not sure if that’s what’s supposed to happen or if my stroller might be broken? Basically what I’m asking is for your stroller do you push the levers to raise or lower the seat or just to lower it? Because mine slides without pushing when I go to raise it the seat closer to my handle bar.
Somebody help, which clasp? I have the same stroller and I was able to fold it but can’t unfold it 😢😂
Good review. I just disagree with the snap in; I never have a hard time putting on. But overall, good review.... Oh, and maybe add his to put the carseat and bassinet in together
When you have the toddler seat in does your carseat actually snap i to the the seat? There is fabric on mine that prevwmts thebsides from snapping in
You have to rotate the seat to the seated piston. Then the fabric is out of the way to insert the car seat.
Where did you get those pins for the wheels from I don't think any came with my stroller and the wheels aren't secure like they're supposed to be

Also are the wheels good enough for trails?
Not all 4 wheels lock. Its ok for very well maintained flat trails but not really for cross country trails.

How can I fold it like you did? You didn't show us that.
What are your thoughts on the recline of the back when in toddler seat mode? It seems to not go very far back for baby to not be sitting up, but not fully in bassinet mode...
in toddler seat mode: there is a strap that tightens up or loosens from the back. but i do see what you mean.
Yeah, it barely reclines. I guess it's ok if your baby is small and can still use the bassinet feature. But once they outgrow the bassinet feature, they will not be able to recline a decent amount when sleeping, which is disappointing. I didn't expect that. Most of the strollers I've had, including the Gracos, have reclined a considerable amount.
How do you put the car seat in the bassinet?
I heard the leg space is not enough is it true? Babies realy out grows them too fast?
because of the 'slide to me' feature there is quite a bit of flexibility with the leg space. but the bassinet does have a limited time of usefulness.

"Extremely easy to open"??? I have never had more difficulty opening a stroller and its also a two hand job... as a mom, I need stroller to open with one hand very easily. I"m disappointed in this stroller because of this challenge.
