What I Ate In A Week / Trader Joe's and Ikea Foods / Sept 16 - 22, 2024

Another week of eating! I ended up eating fairly unhealthy this week. I had a multi day migraine and was jut trying to make it through most days. I did have an evening where I tried some more of the new Trader Joe's foods, made an appetizer dinner and it was yum!
Highly recommend those Vegetable Bird's Nests :)
